Honestly, there is only one road in and out of that area. I'd like to see the plan for the traffic and how it would get into and out of the downtown.

I agree! The one-way streets and lack of parking are not great for easy access

And tons of parking at the Marina

Martinez's waterfront is pretty nice already. I guess part of it is that it is a little quiet.

How about getting rid of the refinery

Oof... i doubt that martinez (Small community) would be on board. Total gentrification of the area comes afterwards

who owns the Marina? I think the city does not own the marina and surrounding land. They were offerd it by the state and decideded not to own

Asking the people hanging around there now to bath once in awhile would be a start.

the land to the east is a homeless camp AND is 2008 they banned people who lost their home from parking (4 PEOPLE) IN THE EMPTY parking spaces. Lottasa control they now made citywide.

You have to dredge the marina and rebuild the sea wall and redo all the docks 1st. Almar has had many years to do that but they can't.

😂😂😂 It'll never happen and if it does, it'll be trashed shortly after. They tried gentrification downtown but there's too many homeless. Mtz has a lot of bigger issues that they're simply ignoring.
