I love this house. They are so intuitive when it comes to house's character. But I wonder, did they install central air? I saw they removed the window unit in the living room.

Absolutely gorgeous and the farmhouse couple are so gracious and beautiful. Loved the soft mint green in the master bedroom and that lovely painting which looks so much like their farmhouse.

Open shelving in the kitchen is such a bad trend, but otherwise I really like this renovation. I mean, I don’t typically go for the whole “farmhouse” look, but when it’s an actual farmhouse it’s hard to say they’ve missed the mark.
open shelving is actually not a trend but a storage solution that many ppl really like. i m one of them and design it for many clients as well as have it in my own kitchen cause i find it convenient and useful

I like watching these home renovation shows. I just wish we could see more of the reno results and much less gushing home owners.
so clients said they need more living space cause house is too small and what they got was OUTSIDE "living space" while having all this farm land. still only one bathroom and no additional bedrooms. yes, by taking a wall out, the kitchen and living room r more spacious and everything is pretty (i do love the juxtaposition of concrete and wood) yet what about the rest of the house?
