The stain looks splotches on the bathroom cabinets. Think the kitchen cabinets color and style clash with the flooring. The flooring is so colorful think I would've opted for gray instead.. The kitchen island seems small. Like that the living area was opened up.
Not my favorite reno, but I am glad the homeowners like it. Did not like the mismatched stain on that weird pergola/awning thing. And she’s going to need a ladder to climb into that bed. They did do a nice job on the kitchen and deck, though.

The sound quality is horrible! It didn't have cc (closed caption) so I couldn't read the dialog therefore watched without sound. Maybe it's the translation of equipment from the UK to the States, surely HGTV can do better : (
The wife sounds like she’s having a breakdown 😂. Someone give her a valium. in terms of the design, it’s good. They met the brief. The open plan is better. however, i am not a fan of the green exterior or the wood panels above the exterior windows. They look out of place and unfinished. It looked better before. And while I don’t mind the dated terracotta kitchen tiling, the colour of the cabinets doesn’t really match.
Really great, BUT a few things are really ugly: the tile floor in the living room and hallways, the floor in the bedroom (how can you do that!) and the stained dark wood in the bathroom. Everything else is really nice

What is it about Americans placing an obviously too narrow bed for two people directly in front of the window facing the door? The bed should be bigger facing the cupboard with a direct view outside the window to the left...
The new exterior paint color was gorgeous amongst all of the trees. I would be horrified in that house when it storms though. I have known a few people to lose their life while sleeping and tree falls on house. Sorry to be negative but the house and interior was gorgeous..
Why would you put the headboard up against the window? Put the bed so you can look at the view! 🤨🤦♀️. That ceiling fan is scary..no need for one that big in a bedroom that probably has ac.
The craftsman touches, while beautiful, just don’t match the style of the house. I don’t like the new color at all. It’s not a good green and I LOVE green. And the sound for the whole video is horrible. Other than that LOL the house looks great
