Noooo !! That is so fun to throw everything up. And then, when it’s done, put the maximum stuff on tour arms. Breaking things is so cool. Like a therapy. Don’t ruin it with rules 😉😝
My house was built in the early 80’s and it is a very “nice” house but I NEED Dave and Jenny to come and put it into its potential! It could be gorgeous if I could just convince them to come improve it!
I think they liked it. Lol. They're reactions were like dream reactions to house renovators. It looked like Andy was possibly going to pass out at one point. 😂 What an amazing house!! That pool house and deck are going to be very much enjoyed for sure!! I can't say the concrete floors are practical or nice to look at though. These homeowners like unique things and unique they got! It was neat to see the 70s style touches throughout.
I love how every house you do is different and to each person's taste... and it's not monotonous like how some other house transformers always go with the same style each time, it becomes boring... I keep looking forward to seeing more of your vision
My family moved into a house in 1985 that had green and yellow shag carpet. And my room had that exact type swirl design with the brown, orange, and black colors. I’ve never seen it anywhere else until now. Didn’t like it then or now, but glad the homeowners like it.
I love everything you guys do especially the fact that you don’t show every nail going in or beam coming down. You show a little of that but you get to the best part very quickly while also showing what it used to look like.
Anybody I have ever known to have an indoor pool has a mold problem. If I ever wanted an indoor pool, I would actually have it, detached from the house, and I would want to be able to open it all up to ventilate. But honestly, I would not want an indoor pool.
Love the end result always, but sparks from live power point, really? And so wasteful donate good kitchen cabinets and good flooring instead of always landfill.
Very contemporary Scandinavian; cool, sleek and with brilliant design. Love it. True to American style, the amount of living space for two people is ridiculous. Not loving that.
Dark colored houses like this just don’t look good in my opinion. The all black or super dark houses lack personality and already look dated now. Inside is beautiful tho
That really was the Coolest 70's House l've Ever Seen! I'm Vibrating! 😂
Sooo much character, unique 🥰 the word he was looking for, as we say in Australia, is gobsmacked 😅
loving all the genuine expression. Corner fireplace too and 2nd fireplace too.
Love the colors they used, and the pool room mural reminds of the Roll-a-Rena I went to as a kid.
She was right about re-picking up the flooring planks 😂
I know, I can't watch my husband work, I have too many "suggestions" lol
Noooo !!

Dave and Jenny are awesome love watching them thay do wonderful work love them love Australia, 🐨🇦🇺👍
I have to say I love the pool house because the painting on the side of the wall the stripes remind me of our pool back in the 70s at our house.

👌
Oh def one of my favorites..
Awesome ✌️🍷🖤
I have had number of houses. I was told dark painted houses . Can be hotter be cause black is one color that absorb the heat from the sun
Love this show, but this only show the finished product. down to HGTV up to Dave and Jenny.
I love Dave and Jenny, but I don't love those railings or the concrete floors.
The floors look unfinished
@@audrab27 they probably just sealed them
I love both!
@@tmofedm1 And that's totally fine. What's important is that the family loved them. I was simply stating my opinion.
stinking cool ! lol

Fabulous
Feels hokey rather than sophisticated.
I would never describe that house as sophisticated. It's more fun and funky.
@@VioletJoy a log of mid century design can be really nice. That ou s just kitsch.
Love the end result always, but sparks from live power point, really? And so wasteful donate good kitchen cabinets and good flooring instead of always landfill.
Yes. My pet peeve in these reno shows is when they just destroy cabinets which are still good, instead of donating or selling 2nd hand.
Half of this so good show is missing. Why?
Very contemporary Scandinavian; cool, sleek and with brilliant design. Love it.
True to American style, the amount of living space for two people is ridiculous.
Not loving that.
How many children do they have
Almost threw up in my mouth at seeing the white crushed rock at the front of the house. Ugh!
This is definitely not MCM LOL
Grooby fab
The problem I have with these shows is I feel like the peoples reactions are always fake. They are trying to hard.
