They are so cute! I actually just set up a tank for a pair of these exact dart frogs! I'm getting them hopefully in a few weeks at a reptile expo! They are such amazing frogs! I set up a fully bioactive 18x18x24 tank with a custom background that has a built in fog machine in the background and lots of plants. I went for the take tank instead of the 18 inch cube so that I could house my three morning geckos with them when they are older! I can not wait to get these adorable little frogs!

This is her quarantine set up to monitor them before putting them in their permanent enclosure, many responsible pet owners quarantine their animals to monitor them for any problems or illnesses on arrival
I did have an enclosure ready before I got my frogs. Their observation setup. I knew from the start that my frogs would be going into an observation setup for a while as I want to be 100% sure that they’re nice and healthy before I put them in their final setup.

Hi Emma, how do you prefent the fruit flies to escape? first thing the flies do is run out of the bin. and vaseline doesn't work.

Why not just wait with getting the frogs and build the enclosure first?

They do it while hunting, the small vibrations help encourage their prey to move which makes them easier for the frogs to find
