- welcome back to part 6 of my dart frog series! In this video, I'll be doing an update on all things related to my poison dart frogs. We'll talk about the frogs, their tadpoles and eggs, as well and their enclosure and all of the plants inside of it!

i have had over 20 tadpoles, they don’t stop
Be careful with the two larger ones in the same container, I’ve heard they can cannibalize 🥴 not sure how often it happens or why but that’s what I’ve heard from some other hobbyists.

How do you find the eggs in your terrarium? I’m waiting for mine to breed for the first time… 😔 maybe I missed it
You need a specific egg laying spot for them. The exo Terra coconut hide I have is where they lay their eggs

😔 I am planning on getting dart frogs soon but I don’t want them to breed. Should I just get two female or two male? I really do want a male and female pair but I don’t want to have babies. I don’t want my tank full of frogs and inbreeding. Can some someone help me. 😭
Absolutely do not get two of the same sex! They need to be kept in male and female pairs. They need a specific area to lay eggs, so without one, they won’t breed. (Her coconut hut serves for an egg laying area.)
