      me to xD What you think about this meditation? I think it is interesting idea to meditate while smiliing because when we smile it changes our body and conditions it certain way

    What an experience. I've been meditating for years, but now I learned to meditate. To be aware of my heart constricting and my forehead frowning at the noises in the background, then being able to soften the heart and the muscles in my body, letting the breath and the sounds flow. Being aware and grateful for my tendency to return to the present moment when the mind wanders made me feel good about myself perhaps for the first time during meditation. Judgement mode off. Priceless.

    I send love and light to everyone who took time and effort to complain about this video that someone intentionally uploaded for the good of all.

    my two cents for a few people complaining about coughing, distraction...try accepting that you are getting distracted and then let it go.perhaps it would be a even more beneficial practice

    • @BM-sq8xq
      @BM-sq8xq 7 лет назад +4

      or use that distraction to bring yourself back to watching your thoughts.. in this practice you don't aim to become relaxed.. you aim to be in present watching your thoughts and distractions prove that your went astray.. simply come back to your breathe and watching your thoughts again.

    티모시 페리스가 타이탄의 도구들 책에서 추천해서 들어와봤다. 한국 등 아시아는 본래 이런 명상은 너무 익숙한데, 서양사람들은 새로운가보네요.... ^^

    I feel so bad for the guy who was coughing how embarrassing to not be able to stop coughing when everyone is silent Aurgh nightmare. My friend has a chronic cough from a health condition that really embarrasses her like that and now with covid people give her dirty looks when she coughs they look at her like she’s sick and should be at home not out spreading germs.

      Or just accept that it’s ok to have feelings and post it here so the rest of us who were also distracted and irritated by it can realise it’s a total normal reaction and that we aren’t doing anything wrong by having a reaction to it and that we don’t need to try to change it or use it for some greater purpose we can just accept that we are having a naturally arising feeling that is neither good nor bad it’s just part of being human. Radical acceptance people feelings are ok it’s ok to find things annoying it’s ok to get distracted it’s ok to not like something because it has coughing in it. It’s all ok your ok I’m ok we are all ok to be just what we are without having to fix or change a thing.
