they said that the gel isn't meant to define curls, which is what she used it for which is turn led to the flakes
It flaked because the gel and cream aren’t compatible. They curd up like cottage cheese when you mix them. It was my mistake for using it together but I also think prouducts in the same line should work with eachother. Especially at over $20 each
I agree. I’m disappointed that they didn’t release a curl defining gel for us type 4 naturals
