Something else that has helped me... I try to keep the same cadence, for each individual shot. So, instead of three separate double-taps on three targets. I look at it as 6 fast shots. This cadence will FORCE you to move quicker.
Typically what yardage do you practice from, mostly? 7,10, 15 yds?
