      Of course. Best break ever. Don't go overboard with it though, ideally limit it to 20ish mins

    Ooh, I definitely agree with not overeating and choosing the task freely. I have never liked strict to do lists because then I feel like I have limited myself. I finally got a gigantic water bottle to have on my desk during the day and it has made such a big difference despite it being such a small change. Thanks for this video, very informative.

      Drinking water is a massive game changer. I drink 2-3 liters/day, have multiple bottles around my house and office. Thanks for watching
