      ​@@mitchperry9003Craig uses his Right hand to frame on the guys hips so he stops moving, once he does, craig bases out with his left elbow and begins sitting up, this baits the head lock. Craig moves his frame arm up the back and the opponent scoots his legs closer. Opponent is now directly over craig with his weight shifted foward. Craig goes for a backtake that fails and they end up in the final position.

      ​@@ron-kf8sf Wrestling isnt more effective for MMA. They have their pros and their cons. Wrestlers are better at take downs but bjj guys are better on their backs and on the ground overall. They can pass guard better. Have better submission offenses and defenses. Retain guard better. They can let their hands loose more freely like Charles does because he doesnt care too much about the take down. Pros and cons.

      On the other side of the discussion I used to grapple with a lot of bouncers and it was many of their opinions that it wasn't a real fight until someone pulled a weapon.
