What Craig said about finding the right training partners, avoiding injuries and not overtraining at 32.0 minutes. This is especially true for older people. I am 53 Brown Belt and train with mostly guys half my age at a very competitive dojo. My professor is a high level competitor and we train high level and we make great effort train safe but injuries happen. I have a 70/30 rule.....70% roll with people who are at my level or lower and 30% with people above my skills. This works for me for longevity in this sport.

CJI was really cool and I've been watching the replays that they've put on RUclips. I hope they run it again and keep calling it the CJI because of all the hard work Craig did to get it to become reality. Craig Jones is right, wrestling is the best for self defense. It's easier to get a hold of someone instead of getting a clean punch on the chin. Also there's some muscles you can't train in a gym compared to training those muscles in wrestling. I'm from a country where wrestling isn't big. When I used to surf, I remember guys with huge traps or were conditioned well and after they surfed they had sore traps and that's the same with jiu jitsu. That's why I'm happy BJJ has gone to jiu jitsu where instead of 90 percent laying down. It's 33 percent wrestling, 33 percent ground and 33 percent submissions. I think that's why jiu jitsu is growing so fast. Saying that Craig Jones 4 year psychology degree probably helped him more than his 10 year black belt.
