5:54 couldn't agree more. I just told my son to find SOMETHING in life to be passionate about. Mma is what he picked so here we are going on our 4th year of Muay Thai and Jiu-jitsu (yellow belt) and this upcoming wrestling season will be his 3rd season (won the 96 pound championship last year). You can definitely motivate a kid, he's like anybody and he's had days he didn't really feel like training, but you shouldn't FORCE it on them. It's his life, i want him to do what makes HIM feel like it's giving him purpose.... not what makes me happy. I am super proud of him though, kid's a 12 year old beast!!
Mighty isn't just a GOAT in MMA, but also outside the cage. His understanding of the business, and marketing himself is top class. Great ambassador for the sport.

Flo grappling is the worst thing to happen to BJJ in its history. Its stunted its growth by decades. We can blame this and that but when it comes down to it, lack of exposure and paywalls and complex sign up methods have been awful for the sport.
