When I watched the video when you bought it. It looked like the van actually stayed on when it went in the water. I wondered how to keep it from doing a nose dive. It had twin 350 mercruiser alpha ones on it too. I see it has outboards on it now. Nice to see it in the water. If I bought something like that I would have used the twin outdrives on boats and the rest would have been yard art !!!
What’s amazing is the special transmission in this thing this vans front wheel drive unless you redo it and run it rear axle or make it front axle again it’s crazy. This thing has so many special parts on it so when they’re done.

Wow big change in how she looked in you 2019 vid. The conversion to twin Outboards has to have made a huge difference in how the boat performs.

Actually it is a modified Ford solid axle full time 4X4 driveline with the rear output capped off.
I’ve seen these before but not with outboards
I tought there were only 3 left in existence maybe this was one of the two that were found in the junkyard and restored

That's a lot of weight on those back axles.
I didn’t know these separated from the tow rig. I thought the boat, trailer and van were all one rig on the boater homes. Never seen one like this.
