Sheamus did a lot of cardio-based chain wrestling with Claudio after his neck-injury, and they even have a few videos of him going through the reps, with submissions, holds, transitions and sprawl offense/defense as a way to get back into shape. The last thing Connor would want to do is go to the ground with a guy as big and as trained as Sheamus.

Sheamus did a lot of cardio-based chain wrestling with Claudio after his neck-injury, and they even have a few videos of him going through the reps, with submissions, holds, transitions and sprawl offense/defense as a way to get back into shape. The last thing Connor would want to do is go to the ground with a guy as big and as trained as Sheamus.
