How To NET LIFT on a Net Spin | Badminton Tutorial For Beginner and Advanced Players

Playing a net lift on a net spin can be tricky in badminton. You probably tried lifting on a net spin and the shuttle ended up on the court next to you right? 😄... At least, we've done it!
For this badminton tutorial, we will recommend two techniques to practice:
