This dear client of mine has some inflammation at the base of the nails (Proximal Nail Fold) especially on thumbs due to some picking issues. That caused the irregular nail plate on her thumbs. She is doing so much better than in the past. Progress, not perfection ❤️🤗

I recently ordered DD for the first time (used your discount code!) and I LOVE IT! I'm nearly a week in and it still looks fantastic! Orange/red is my favourite colour of nail polish. If Dazzle Dry makes it easier to purchase from Canada, I'm getting this colour for sure! It's gorgeous!

Hi Sarah! We will try getting the new colors somehow but it's very difficult. Unless we can get someone to grab them for us from USA and bring them here we can't order them because cosmetics are on a restricted list in Spain and they won't pass the customs/border. 😢

Hi. I love these watch me work videos. Could you do follow up videos? To see how the nails/manicure held up.
Sometimes I do when the client comes in still with the nail polish on. This client comes once in a while only.
I do recommend clients take their nail polish off a night before their manicure appointment (same, even more important) for pedicures and apply oil to the nails or even do a warm oil treatment to re-oil the nails (re-hydrate is not a correct term because the oils don't really hydrate).
Clients who do these mini-breaks generally do better nail health-wise. Nails can experience some surface damage if the polish is on constantly. It happens way less with Dazzle Dry but it can happen.
This client also came for a pedicure with a 5-week oil DD polish and she had some white spots on her toenails.
I told her to take polish off next time a night before coming for a pedicure.

Stunning manicure. Do you think going swimming can effect the wear of Dazzle Dry? Does being in water make it chip? I’m trying to figure out why lately I cannot get more that a day without a chip.
Hi Michelle. Swimming definitely can soften the nails and make any coating come off. Are your nails healthy? The better the foundation is the longer the polish lasts.
Are you using the narrow edge of the glass file? It looks like this in the video. But with me the narrow edge is smooth and only the large surfaces have a grain. I own the same gas file from Mont Bleu.
Her nail plates are so nice and long. When I use the glass cuticle pusher I feel I am too aggressive with removal of cuticle (after using the cuticle remover solution you use) and I notice tiny scratches on the nail plate. Should I leave the cuticle remover solution on for longer than 1 minute?

Really enjoy watching your manicure protocol! So relaxing and educational. I noticed the nails are quite ridgy in your client. I mention it because mine at age 70 are ridgy as well. Does a person’s age always effect the degree of ridge that occurs? Does it have to do with damage?
Hello Karen! Some people have more ridges and some have less. The ridges that you see on my clients nails except for thumbs are not due to a damage. Her thumbs have horizontal unevenness and that is due to inflammation usually or pressure. I mentioned this in the description box.
My client is young so the verticle ridges are not due to age but it's very common for people have more ridges as they age.

Anna do you have any solution for a nail that is tearing below the edge and cannot be removed until it grows up from the nail bed that won’t harm the nail like a patch or glue?
Hi Kitty Kat! Prevention! Nails should not be tearing like this.
Maybe keep them shorter or add oil soaks to add flexibility, maybe they are too flexible because they are damaged? There can be many reasons....

Hi JL. Well, Galactic Fire is kind of coral. Hot Chili is orange. Reddish orange. I lost my bottle so I can’t compare. It might be in one of my vidoes. I will look tomorrow
Galactic fire is an “orangy red” per DD on the website not coral.
Carnival coral is coral, pinky, orange, salmon. Red hot chill isn’t just orange it is a orange red per DD website. And I agree with their name choices as I do own these and use frequently.
I have them both and they are so close that it is a waste of money to buy both, red hot chili is a smidgeon darker but if you squint they are the same.
Love the Dazzle Dry so far, but I’m getting small bubbles with the top coat. What am I doing wrong? Thanks
Hi Karen! You see It when it’s fully dry or during application? Sometimes it is how you pick up the top coat. When people slam the brush into the bottle it might cause the bubbles.
I’m finding the top coat most difficult also but it is improving. What I’ve found that helps is to keep it really thin and not put it on too generously. Also using the tip of the brush only in applying the top coat seems to work. I still get some bubbling but it’s improving if that’s of any help.
Add the revive, I had that same issue. Your to coat is just thickening
