Your hair is stunning. Sad that they treat people differently. To be fair even in Nigeria people discriminate against people because they are not from the same tribe. It is everywhere. Thank you for shinning the light on this social injustice.
This is a spectacular video. Love your assessment of the racism in Dubai. So glad that the overt racism has seemed to have diminished so at least Blacks can achieve more employment. It’s the underlying racism that we must be careful of. Your thoughts are motivational and inspiring. Thank you. Stay safe and healthy ❤️😍👍
Congratulations to all the Africans (Daezy, you too) who went ahead of us years ago to the u.a.e, you made your mark hence the gains that have been made towards the push against racism. Great video❤
Being black is very difficult. We’re all human and should be treated equally. As a black woman, I’ve learned that I often times have to prove myself and that I’m worthy simply because I’m black. It’s sad. However, I will keep pushing and keep going. There’s nowhere else to go but up and anything is possible!! Thank you sis for this video.
With time, most people will see Black as White. No difference. But not everyone will accept the fact. Black Remains Beautiful, my sister. Thanks for this.
Thank you for this video. I feel this is problem in all Arabic countries. Where they claim they are not racist. But history tells us different and these countries have a hard time of letting go of old ways.
Perhaps the statistics of blacks who are more efficient and conscientious at what they do is getting higher. Perhaps they are being seen in better lights now than before. Or perhaps there's a shift in mindset and diversity inclusion in the corporate market in the UAE. What do I know... perhaps...
Very interesting! I have never been to Dubai. I am glad to hear of improvement in race relations there. I agree. Skin color should not be a consideration when companies are hiring people. I am an artist and I share my painting demos and studio tours here. So much variety on RUclips! Have a great day!
Your awesome no matter what, just how it is. Well said and descrimination of any sort is unacceptable, when it's concerning races if people. Ty ,well said❤️
Hey lovely chidinma. 🌹 I appreciate your presence on my channel. You are very welcome here and I want you to know that you are valued. Thank you for loving my personality, I get that all.the time .Lots of love ❤️ mama 💕
Good education for African will end the racism problem for good. Historically, in Arab culture skin color has no impact on identity, identity decided by your fathers blood line. In my family, I have cuisines from different skin colors but all are equal because they belong to the same grand fathers.
@@daezysinspirationtv, awesomeness! You're very welcome. I was considering relocating to Rio but I hear so many horror stories about the racism towards Blacks, that I'm undecided. Have you been to Rio there? If so, is it that bad? If so, what do you think is the very best city there for Blacks to relocate to?
Honestly it's unfair, when you go in search of a job even accomodation, the first question will be what's your Nationality? 🙄. I hope pple will stop all this racism and let love leads.
That’s awful that the first question is about your nationality that should not matter your qualification is what should be the first thing that they want to know
It’s not black, as much as black from certain parts of Africa or not from western countries. Example, a company hired a black guy from West Africa with what appeared to be impeccable credentials. Later they discovered his credentials were fake. The company was unable to do its due diligence, due to lack of reputable institutions to rely on in that west African country. This scenario was not an anomaly. Some companies would be willing to hire blacks from certain parts of Africa, but it’s impossible to verify credentials and quality of education from these countries. I find that to be problem. The UAE value credentials from western countries. A Pakistani from the UK has an advantage over a Pakistani from Pakistan. It’s the countries lack of reputable institutions rather than color.
Thanks for your contribution but your point is way different from the point made the video. You may want to watch the video again for better understanding. Thanks again.
Gulf countries have a certain perspective, which is not totally race driven. It’s where are from, which will is a tell all with respect to how a person was cultured. Rule of law, standards, work ethic, efficacy, and even the quality of English spoken and ability to write in English.
You can't tell a person who has lived there a different story just like you are trying so hard to do. I feel a person who has lived there for 10 years knows better. No need to try too hard to twist the story. What happens there , happens there . Let's not call a pink kettle red 🍒 thanks
@@daezysinspirationtv I lived there for close to ten years, and worked at the DIFC and eventually founded and operated my own FZ company. I saw, what I’m saying from a first hand perspective. My colleagues preferred to hire people educated in the west regardless of color, ethnicity, race, creed, etc…. The difference of knowledge, know how, work ethic, critical thinking, etc is light years ahead for those educated in the west. Here is an American example: bachelors from an Ivy League school is more valued than that of a state school.
I get you . Where will they get the money to start up a busy when the rate of unemployment is high in Africa? It is only natural they travel elsewhere to work to raise money. Thank you for contribution.
That is a different topic. My video addresses people judging others due to their race or skin colour even before knowing them or what qualities they have. For people who are tribalistic, they need help as well. The Igbos in Nigeria do that a lot but that is a different topic from my point. Thank you for watching
It’s so sad that as a black person you have to deal with some type of racism just about everywhere you go. You basically have to pick the racism your willing to deal with.
Not true. Still amongst the people in terms of job and other ways . And of course , uae might have passed the law governing racism but has people been carrying it out????
@@daezysinspirationtv Yes individual people are still hard to control, but you can report them and the authorities will take care of it. Racism is not tolerated at all
@@daezysinspirationtv Yes one recent example is one guy on Tv said something racist sounding against Indian, Authorities within 5 mins arrested him, jailed and charged him.
Well that's good . That is because that was on tv and the world can see that. If they had not taken public action against the person, the world would have seen them as racists that and they don't want to been seen that way . But in everyday life, nothing is being done about it .

What dose nationality have to do with race , if you are black from a european or american country with the passport, you are fine
Black Americans too even in their own country get discriminated against. They battle racism even in their own country

Not likely that Africans will be integrated in most Arab Nations.
A reality as we move towards the 2040s.
It's good that there is a change, somehow black people are now considered important.
