Casa Pimentón, located at 176 C. Duffaut in San Juan's iconic La Placita de Santurce, is an Italian restaurant renowned for its Neapolitan-style pizzas. After years of success at its original location in Carolina, it expanded to San Juan and now offers a full bar, an extensive wine cellar, and the innovative Beer Garden 'Draft 21'. The restaurant features a private event room and outdoor seating, providing a lively and charming atmosphere.
Their menu includes a variety of 12-inch Neapolitan pizzas, such as:
La Pimentón: Salsa di Pomodoro, Mozzarella, Parmesano, Pimientos, Chorizo Parrillero, Cantimpalo, Pepperoncini, and Arugula.
Margherita: Salsa di Pomodoro, Fresh Mozzarella, Basil, and Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Pepperoni Tradizionale: Salsa di Pomodoro, Mozzarella, Parmesano, and Pepperoni.
Hot Honey: Salsa Pomodoro, Parmesano, Shredded Mozzarella, Pepperoni, and a blend of Honey and Spicy Oil.
Cinco Jotas: Salsa Pomodoro, Parmesano, Shredded Mozzarella, and 100% Iberico de Bellota 5J Ham.
Operating hours are Monday and Sunday from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Tuesday and Wednesday from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and Thursday through Saturday from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
