After installing the graphics card with safe mode ddu and all that stuff from switching from a 6500xt, I have micro stutters while playing cod warzone. Specs are the gpu and cpu in the video (12gb rtx 3060) -16gb of ram -600w power supply. I don’t know what could be the problem but ever since I installed it I have little micro stutters.
Bro, how do you recorder the video i mean you use the benchmarking gpu for recordeing Or use a separate gpu to record video for no impact in benchmark ( like fps drop)
Deberías hacer las pruebas grabando a la vez con la misma grafica el mismo equipo para ver cuanto rinde realmente la grafica así uno sabrá si le sirve para hacer Streaming o gravar Juegos y cuantos FPS les dará realmente o perderán

that is really weird cuz i get over 100fps with a 1060. Make sure you dont have any amd graphics drivers installed from your older gpu or anything like that.

Get the rtx 3060 12gb. Many modern games already require more than 8 gb of vram, even at 1080p, even games like War Thunder and that is not even considered a gpu heavy game. The 6650xt only has 8gb of vram. (There is also a 8 gb rtx 3060, do NOT get that one)

I think for full hd gaming rx 6600/7600 is a good option. Or buy a used 3060ti or even rx 6700xt/6750xt. For cpu maybe 5600/x is pretty cheap especially if you like to buy used parts.
I went with a 5600 and a 4060 gaming oc. Was so unlucky i couldn't get my hands on a 6700xt brand new nor used coz from where i am it's either 2-3 times the price or there's no stock.

In 1080p...5500 + 4060, processor is too weak and there will be processor bottle neck... Not much but still it would be... 6.9% anything greater than 5% is considered bottleneck Then in 1440p No bottle neck it would work great In 4k No bottle neck... So i am hoping you will be working in 1440 and 4k

Try reinstaling ur pc maybe u downloaded some viruses that are slowing ur Pc

Change ur monitor to 144 hz
Aa see ur hdmi or display cable and if it's connected to ur motherboard change it and connect it with ur graphics card there will be a option for it
