In Colorado, you need an abundance of stashes of hoodies, chapstick, lotion, water bottles, types of outdoor shoes....you can never have enough. Also, every City has a very different vibe. Do your research. P.S. if you want to abruptly end a conversation with a native, tell them you are from California. --a Native
Agreed, from LA and Ny here. Colorado is dry and not as cold winter as the northeast. Super slow paced but I love that about here, it less stressful and more time to live and enjoy life. 💯 great video and agree with everything you stated!
Please don't tell people to move here lol. I have a friend tell me he moved here at 2 years old and at 40 he still let me know he wasn't a native. We are all assholes lol
30 inches of snow? Where do you live? Winter Park? October is actually fairly warm here in Denver (60's and 70's). Winter months are from December to February, March is a transition month with some snow and warm temps (50's). It is always sunny here, you don't need to warm up your car. Maybe you are confusing Colorado with Alaska.
@@DENVEROUTDOORMAN yeah I Remeber that I was sleeping over at my buddies house after drinking a lot the day before it was like may 19th crazy how much snow I love colorado
I want to move to co but I am 20 , still in school and currently living in ca. I’m struggling between majors and I hate to admit how there’s more schooling opportunities here in CA but I really want to live to co after I transfer out of here
@@malialeung Do you live in southern California? It's funny that you commented because I was doing research on if they regretted moving to California, but it feels like no one wants to give you the real truth about Colorado. I'm sure a lot of places might be better than a good amount of places in Colorado, but how would you think Colorado would be better?
While California can be a country, the entire state isn’t monolithic. Bay Area has it’s own sauce that I sure as hell can’t relate to as someone who lives in the Inland Empire 🤣 but her critique sounds more like Los Angeles and Orange County
Colorado Natives view CA's as transplants who through bad voting habits, bad decision making and failed policy choices destroyed what they had and are now in CO to repeat their mistakes. The most welcoming to transplant CA's are other transplant CA's. Otherwise, CO is not so welcoming to California. As CA's have flooded in they have brought their problems, crime, traffic, attitudes and failed political agendas, everything they intended to escape. CO Natives resent CA's for exactly these reasons while CA's do everything they can to turn CO into the disaster they left behind. We were raised with western manners so we are not going to be rude to you ( as CA's are to us ) just keep your distance.
I don’t agree with you at all. Think about the CA people that don’t agree with all the bull 💩 that they are leaving and you automatically assume they are the problem. I don’t like this entitlement that because your from a certain state that you and all the people around you own that state for some reason. I’m from Phoenix born and raised here my whole 40 years of life and registered republican. Even though my state is over ran with people from CA I have never once had a problem with anyone around town or stores. I see the don’t CA my AZ all the time but it’s all bull 💩
Excellent Video! I feel the same way about Relocating to Denver from Austin Texas
I Like the video 🤣 I’m born and raised in Denver. So I definitely agree with a few things you said about living here.

I’m moving to Colorado tomorrow!! thank you. Vid was very helpful
Snow can be butt. Apparently there's a shortage of plowing staff, so some roads are just ignored.
Unfortunately 😭😭
I really needed this. Thank you!

Do you think it’s easier for a new real estate agent to take of in their career in denver or california?
I’d say CO but I’ve also haven’t done real estate in LA… it’s just less competitive here
Great video!
Thank youuuuu!!!🥰
I think I’m moving to Colorado from LA
10/10 recommend ;)
