Do you get the ‘pops and bangs’ on overrun with this map? One thing im not a fan of with my mk8 ST is to get the pops and bangs from standard you have to hit high revs and change gear. Im not a fan of too much pops and bangs but thought my old mk3 focus rs was perfect where you’d get them randomly, changing up gears, pushing it in one gear then letting off the accelerator(but not changing gear) etc. Basically asking if you get those pops easier with the map 😂
Niko Müller I cant comment on a technical level, but from a consumer standpoint, I’ve had no issues. The MK7 clutch was good for up to 300hp (not sure what torque level) so if Ford have used a similar clutch in the MK8, there’s no reason for it to have any issues at this power level. That said, I guess that are what test vehicles are for and we are racking up the miles with no issues thus far 😎
