+Mecha82 depends, I guess. I will say I like some that were non-baddies more, like the Sanc Kingdom's white Taurus versus OZ's black ones. I just liked the white more.
Banshee norn, Black, Sleek, come equiped with Beam gun Thruster I field stabbing capable SHIELD and a beam magnum with underbarrel grenade launcher beam bayonet Fa Unicorn, MOAR GUNS MISSILE SHIELD AND BIGASS FUEL TANKS, Look likes the unicorn gundam stuck around with stuff it shouldnt have eww
The old model kit is damn good for its age, really, but this one is such a huge step up. Fortunate that there were multiple Mk IIs, so there's no problem with army building them.
The Gundam MK II is my second favorite Gundam and the HG Revive MK II is honestly one of my favorite kits, not because it's the most detailed or most eye catching but because it's honestly one of the most fun to pose. It's almost as pose-able as the RX 78 2 revive, but unlike that kit, it's far easier to pose and probably the most comfortable one to pose. Like try to find as many poses you can do with the MK II revive standing on one leg and you will know how fun it is to mess with this thing. It's pretty much the most action figure esk Gunpla. Also just love the proportions because in my opinion they are more animation accurate, and it just has a nice flow and while bulky in some places it never comes off as too blockish. Also I just love me some thick Gundam calves
On a side note, this kit is compatible with the Build Booster Mk-II. The forearm binders are a bit wide, but everything fits perfectly. However, it is not possible to convert this kit into the Build Gundam Mk-II because the chest design is completely different.
this is really good, but have a couple of problems: mine suffered shoulder joints that are too tight and both snapped. Just be careful when moving the arms (yeah I've repaired it for now)
TBH I like the old one better than the revive, and I really hate NAOKI's takes on this MK-II because for some reason he love tiny feet and I just hate it.......... I have the RG ver so I don't have any reason to get this kit.
One thing that really irritates me about these revive kits is how shitty their ankle joints are. They're unchanged from the kits that these are supposed to be revivals of with a ball that goes into a static socket. I mean, come on! They already figured this out with Gundam Age, by letting those sockets do most of the tilting. I have a Blue Destiny 3 and it can NOT get any use out of those universal hips.
I just really like the proportions of the old one or the RG compared to the revive. The legs look too much like the Quel legs to me. Just a subjective thing really
I have a question Kakarot. Which do you think would be better to get, the normal Mk-II Revive, or the Titan's version? My thoughts on it are this: 1. The titan's version's detail might be hidden by the dark color, and 2. When I was little, i had an action figure of the normal white MK-II. I like the dark color scheme, but i'm really torn here!
ARC command Just get which one you like the look of more. If you equally like each one then get the aeug version. It's colors lead to a cleaner build (since dark colors have pretty nasty nubmarks) and it will stand out more with panel lines than the titans version
The titan version is the original version from Gundam Zeta. They made/invented this model and the. The AEUG faction stole it and repainted it to the white (other) version.
+hypershock0 storm Hambrabi always gave me a Jester/clown feeling because of the head. If they redesigned it with a different head I might dig it(Like as part of the Chimera project) Out of the 3 you mentioned I absolutely go for the Palace Athene. It's got some bulk, but it's still an elegant design. Just gotta throw some Titans' colors on it.
+Kakarot197 I think the hambrabi is the mobile suit with the most eye sensors (5 in total), unfortunately the hguc of of it can't store away any of its weapons in either mode.I think there was a prototype or variant of the hambrabi but I can't remember it's name. The palace athene is a very nice looking MS, the model kit thou needs longer beam sabers. It would be nice to see some these kits in master grade or real grade form, especially since most of the RG line is compried of gundams.
does the shoulder pops out easily on this kit? I found my Revive Rx 78-2's shoulder pops out really easy whenever I try lifting the arms to pull the final shooting pose..
+Sir Saber Not separate parts, but you can mix and match the model kits. E.g. put the MK-II's backpack on any of the hazels(which you can *NOT* do with the new Mk-II)
+Sir Saber There are 4 of 'em, 1 of which I reviewed. ruclips.net/video/T00wUq0hyqg/видео.html www.hlj.com/product/BAN945935/Gun www.hlj.com/product/BAN934107/Gun www.hlj.com/product/BAN948339/Gun
+Sir Saber Weapons and shield, yes. Anything else, you're gonna need the old Mk-II. All the joints/connections (even on the backpack) are completely different.
Not a fan of the revive kits. Not saying they don't look good but minor improvements over releasing different kits is pointless to me especially when there is a Real Grade version already released. I don't care for Robot Tamashii its good for non-builders, but I cant justify buying this when they could release more of AoZ or something else. Its like the Seekers in Transformers it's just printing money as they say.
+Kyle Morgan From my understanding it's for greater ability to look up and more detail. It still comes with the polycap if you want to use it, so it's definitely not cost cutting o.o
It's almost Gundam law that baddies have better color schemes than good guys.
+Mecha82 depends, I guess. I will say I like some that were non-baddies more, like the Sanc Kingdom's white Taurus versus OZ's black ones. I just liked the white more.

Fa Unicorn, MOAR GUNS MISSILE SHIELD AND BIGASS FUEL TANKS, Look likes the unicorn gundam stuck around with stuff it shouldnt have eww
+Errorcutive those "fuel tanks" are rocket boosters taken from a Type 89 base jabber
They're not bad. Just... misunderstood.
Mecha82 Ecoas Jegan? Delta gundam? thats not all btw
The old model kit is damn good for its age, really, but this one is such a huge step up. Fortunate that there were multiple Mk IIs, so there's no problem with army building them.
I'm gonna get 3 of the original

Best looking Gundam ever. Hands down. This is the GOAT.
On a side note, this kit is compatible with the Build Booster Mk-II. The forearm binders are a bit wide, but everything fits perfectly. However, it is not possible to convert this kit into the Build Gundam Mk-II because the chest design is completely different.
I love how the Booster fits perfectly. I bought the Booster specifically to customize my Mk-II Titans Revive, and I'm loving it.
Is the Build Booster compatible to the old kit too?
@@MasterSwo Build Gundam Mk-II is essentially the old kit.
@@areasevenpro To quote Mr Burns: Excellent.
I really wish they didn't phase out suits like this and the black Rick Dias in Zeta.
this is really good, but have a couple of problems: mine suffered shoulder joints that are too tight and both snapped. Just be careful when moving the arms (yeah I've repaired it for now)
I only find the Gun Cannon as the greatest looking kit in all of the REVIVE so far
The rest are just meh for some reason
Nice review as always though
TBH I like the old one better than the revive, and I really hate NAOKI's takes on this MK-II because for some reason he love tiny feet and I just hate it..........
I have the RG ver so I don't have any reason to get this kit.
+叶川ヒロ I'm glad I'm not the only one that feels that way. Tiny feet and huge calves are a horrible combination =/
well, you can always fix the head problem cutting the plastic ball and glueing the one from the 001 on the pc-002
Is this kit compatible with the Hazel Gundam parts?
:EDIT: Never mind.
One thing that really irritates me about these revive kits is how shitty their ankle joints are. where os the 03 sticker?
I'll by the old version just for the lower cost. Seam lines are other negatives are nothing to people that likes to customized....prized matters.
Which number at Emma sheen use 01,02,03?
I believe she uses Unit 2
This is peak gundam honestly

You can still get the Titan vers., but panel line it with grey or a darker color (I don't think it's all black) by enamel wash technique.
ARC command Just get which one you like the look of more. If you equally like each one then get the aeug version. It's colors lead to a cleaner build (since dark colors have pretty nasty nubmarks) and it will stand out more with panel lines than the titans version
I think you should get both if you can get them both
Quick question: is this kit's dark purple match HGBC Lighting BWS 2 colour?
wil pete no
damn, that's a really nice kit but I DIDN'T saw zeta gundam yet, and does anyone KNOW where to watch z gundam, cause gundaminfo doesn't have it
+BaNaNa_ MaN_808 www.nwanime.com/mobile-suit-zeta-gundam/anime/390/
Now get watching!
Bandai trying to grab money again buy pushing out a P-Bandai HG G Defenser and Flying Armour kit set for RG and HG revive.
I'm thinking this one or the RG 1/144. Which one you suggest?
rg
So why is this called the titans version, besides the paint. What is different from the standard version?
The titan version is the original version from Gundam Zeta. They made/invented this model and the. The AEUG faction stole it and repainted it to the white (other) version.
So kakarot, what do you think of the more oddly designed Titan suits? Ones like the hambrabi, the O, palace athene.etc?
Blame Paptimus Scirocco for the weird MS designs
+Tiger Zeng Yeah, for sure. But for some reason, out pf all of those weird suits, I like the Hambrabi the most. o_0
+hypershock0 storm Hambrabi always gave me a Jester/clown feeling because of the head. If they redesigned it with a different head I might dig it(Like as part of the Chimera project)

does the shoulder pops out easily on this kit? I found my Revive Rx 78-2's shoulder pops out really easy whenever I try lifting the arms to pull the final shooting pose..
this is my first kit, and i kinda fucked it up when i was young, now i made it 3x faster! (if u kno what i mean ;) )
Mikael Alt ha, no worries dude, we all fuck up our first kit. I went at mine with a pair of scissors.
Gundams are becoming for colorful based on the gundam buildivers
There where AoZ parts ? Why don't I know about this?? Where can I get them?
+Sir Saber Not separate parts, but you can mix and match the model kits. E.g. put the MK-II's backpack on any of the hazels(which you can *NOT* do with the new Mk-II)
Okay but is there a Hazel kit then ? I love AoZ gundams, they're so cool but I always thought Bandai never made 'em.
+Sir Saber There are 4 of 'em, 1 of which I reviewed.

Say is a Kit Bash between RE-Gundam Mrk II and the Hazel parts possible ? Or at least use the REs accessories and the shield !
