@@Strateegee24 that’s fair, the real ones have enough jimping that it can grab the meat of your finger but from what I’ve seen it takes a lot more intentional effort to make it work on the clones
It was kinda fun to check out these clones but I think I’m done with them. Most of them are disappointing. I’ve already been giving them away to friends and coworkers
I might have to before I’m done with clones. Thanks for the recommendation! I was having a hard time sorting through all of the knives on temu. I’ve been trying out some knives from reputable brands in the $30-$65 range. So a whole new series of videos is on the way. And….. thanks for watching!
I like the size and feel of it. It’s on the larger size for a folding knife. The locking mechanism seems really solid but it requires two hands to close. I would really like to get my hands on the real deal because out of all the clones that I have purchased, it is definitely one of the few that I want the real version.
Because it will be better built and made from better materials. On these clones we really have no idea what steel the blade is made from. They are most likely made of cheap stainless. The blade is S35VN on the real one. It will hold an edge for a lot longer and be stronger.
So I just realized that the last half of this video didn’t get make it to RUclips. I’ll upload it as knife clones part 2
Really interesting video, fun to see how long they hold up and stay together. Enjoyed the video and your thoughts!
Thank you!
Just so you’re aware, the real shark lock you have to pull down and out too, not just straight down so the clone is accurate
Good to know. Thanks for the heads up. I kinda don’t like it.

Beware of paying a reasonable price for the same thing
Word!
Try the benchmade autocrat clone. It's indistinguishable from my real one in every way!

@@Strateegee24 That might be true. I have bought over 200 Benchmade, Spyderco, Cold Steel Clone knives. So far, I am loving them
