  • Make this low sugar and high protein quinoa cake with chocolate flavour.
    Looks stunning when topped with chia seeds. Soft and very filling.
    Ingredients:
    1 cup cooked quinoa
    ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
    1 tbsp chia seeds
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    ½ tsp salt
    2 tbsp protein powder
    2 tbsp oat milk
    ¼ cup peanut butter
    1 tbsp maple syrup
