I think this is the best video tutorial on 3s. Easy way to explain input, the brief description fits perfectly and is pretty explanatory with the demonstration on each botton, that's dedication. I'm trying to learn this character and I see this guide will be extremely useful. Any future wins are all thanks to you bro.
Upload more videos on Ibuki! This was probably the most helpful I watched, and I watched a ton. I would like to know more advanced combos and how to combo into super specials.
I'm glad it was helpful for you! Sadly, I'm not much of an Ibuki player myself and this was the culmination of a lot of research online. I recommend looking around at the modern Ibuki pages here: wiki.supercombo.gg/w/Street_Fighter_3:_3rd_Strike/Ibuki/2021 It's a tad dated (what isn't for 3rd strike?), but you'll get all the info you need here!
@@soapkiller3239 Hi, thanks for coming to the video! At the end slate there, I had high execution as a weakness in the viewpoint of beginners, and I think the many specials can be a bit over encumbering. I don't think she's the most high execution character as you improve with her, but some of her best damage comes from some pretty nasty high jump cancels into super, and things like that.
Hey! f.HK is not super cancellable. However, if you input a jump cancel and cancel that into Yami Shigure, it can connect. It's a pretty fast input, but you can do f.HK and do a halfcircle forwards from the down direction (23698), and do another quarter circle with MP (better) or HP and it should connect. Hope this helps!
I recently picked up Ibuki as and this video by far taught me a lot about her combo system. Thank you for the content. I'm going to focus on SA 3....it looks so cool 😎. I have a long way to go!
SA2 usually isn’t used at high level play for ibuki because of how little meter it gives you for EX moves. It looks dope but that’s one of the reasons ibuki is considered mid tier.
Hi! You have to press two of the same type of button when you do the special input. For example, pushing two punch buttons (strength often doesn't matter) at the same time during a quarter circle forward in the air when you have the flashing super meter will do EX Kunai!
am i missing something here, or did you forget to include cr.HP? or even s.HP and its' secondary hit? maybe they aren't that good so u didn't decide to include them, but i'm just confused by the lack of their inclusion
Hey, thanks for coming to the video. You're right that both cr.HP and s.HP are fairly good moves for Ibuki, but for the same reason that I didn't include SA2, I don't think they're as key to think about as some of these other moves as you're getting started with the character, where you can get some great reward from chaining into heavies instead!
Thanks for coming to my video! Where are you seeing that? It might have a few meanings depending on where you've seen it. It could mean far punch, as in a punch button outside of closerange, or it could mean fierce punch, which is another name for heavy punch. Hope this helps!
Everytime u should mash in this game. U have to press all 3 kicks and punches, after that u can add a diagonal direction. So you get 8 inputs mashin at the same time. Tho if u using a keyboard to play is difficult, most of them don't register more than 4 simultaneous inputs, tho if u on stick un good, just use all the palm of your hand, also the same goes for stun and for clinch.
If you are also on fightcade or emulator usually u can map x3 punches and x3 kicks. Tho I don't know what the game sees exactly cuz usually if u press those bottoms without doing any movement the heavy version of that botton comes out.
This video should be higher on the searches for Ibuki 3rd Strike tutorials. This is the best video out there.

@@MrBones105 sa2 is great. nobody expects it, and after it hits they try to stay away from you when your meter is full.
how do i do EX moves? not the Special moves, the EX ones
