- In this video I show you how to tie a wonderful streamer fly for fishing in saltwater as well in freshwater. This streamer I tie imitates very small baitfish and is due to the use of UV resin/glue nearly transparent in the water...
Thanks for watching my videos and if you like, give me a comment, a subscription or a like... I am happy if you do so, cause it helps me growing my channel!
Mate don't know anything about fly fishing but I'm hooked on these videos this is art and very therapeutic thank you 👍
One of the best fry patterns I've seen excellent.
Thanks for your comment and always tight lines!
Great looking fly! I bet it works terrific in the water..Thanks, I love watching you make flys
Time for me to dump the shoe goo and go to those UV resins. Love the speed and convenience when it comes to glueing your flies
Thanks for your comment and wish you always tight lines!!!
Nice fly 😎
Beautifully crafted . Respect from Irelands West coast !
Thanks Mate!
Sehr schön geworden, ich bewundere deine Kreativität und deine ruhige Hand 👍
Ich gebe mir immer Mühe!
Nice, at 10:00 you have the right shape of it. You dont need to glue it that much. Cool idea with the tube. I catch a lot of searun brown trout on this pattern.
Calle, 😂😂😂 I always use too much glue☺️
Always tight lines👍
That’s so awesome I’ve subscribed and liked look forward to seeing more videos 🤘🏼
Great idea on using a tube excellent tie
Thank you!
Thanks for stopping in the shop today! Your page is awesome!
When in Cincinnati it is always a must to stop by in your wonderful shop👍
Hearing an experienced tyer day "as you can see it's not working" makes me feel a bit better. Cause I sure think that when I'm tying.
Hi Michael, yes, that is happening more often than wanted😂 Anyway I try it again and than often it works! Have fun while tying and stay safe and healthy during Covid pandemia...
You gotta love that resin. BTW, that was very nice. Got my attention right away. Saw Popovics create grass shrimp on a piece of mono, clamped between two renzetti vices using epoxy, the man had total control, like you.
Thanks so much and alays tight lines....
Stunning fly and technic👍❤️
Thank you sooo much for this video..
Just finnished tying my first one and they are amazing!!
Now I just cant wait to get out and try these fer our westcoast bass. Co. Clare, Ireland.
Thanks for your comment!
I guess Im asking the wrong place but does anyone know a tool to log back into an Instagram account..?

Thanks John👍
wow. Brilliant. Now subscribed.
beautiful fly! I'm going to make it too. Which brand of UV lamp do you use? I see a 220 v wire?
I am using a loon UV light…
Have a great tie!!!
Congratulations, excellent job!!
Thanks YOU!!!
Very good, congratulation.
I love this minnow 😍
Very cool. I'm guessing these would work for freshwater as well.
Yes, the work in freshwater as well! Thanks for your comment!
Love your videos! Where do you buy all your resin from?
Buy the resin when needed in my local fishing stores, but have the feeling, they last forever…
And
absolutely beautiful fly. A couple of questions: what is the applicator cap that you used to put on the solarez? Because the fly is sort of rigid, do you have problems with hook ups or breakage?
Thanks.
Thanks for your comment…. The Solarez applicator is an extra you can purchase…
I had no problems with hook ups, but while I used the rigid Solarez the fly can break and did. I am currently tying it with the flexible Solarez (green one) to try to mitigate this gap…
Tight lines!
Amazing tie! Gotta get me some UV resin and have a play with some of these saltwater patterns next bass season for sure
Thanks a lot! Definitive worth to try! Tight lines!!!
Sweet fly
Is the best👍👍
Awesome lesson thank you sir
Thanks for your comment...
Excellent
Remarkable skills, thank you for sharing. Solarez ordered; I may try bronze mallard for a darker hue. Subscribed!
Ps if that’s your idea of “not going to plan” you should swing by sometime when I’m tying ;).
Hi, thanks for your comment! Yes I tried the in bronze too and orange! Both are fantastic, too!
@@flyfish3687 Do you please have any recommendation for a pattern that imitates rudd fry, perhaps in this style?
Awesome video! Go on! But where to buy 0,5 mm tubes. Can‘ t find it anywhere. Any recommendations? Rgds, Andreas

where did get those tube from? thank you Petr
Hi, these are normal tubes for tube flies and I use them in small or extra small for this pattern… Let me know, if my answer helps…
Tight lines!
Fantastic. I have to try this one
Have fun trying it out👍👍👍👍
Perfeito 👏
Do take orders for those? If you do I would like to order some
Великолепно 👍 🤝 🙋♂️
Hi, Great video for this Glass Minnow streamer.
I am interested in tying this fly. Can you tell me where you got the 0.5 mm tube? I have searched on many websites but can not find it.
I hope to hear from you!
Best regards, Ed

I do not know if this helps you… Hope so!
@@flyfish3687 That is perfect. Thank you so much! 👍🏻 Tight lines!
How long do one of these last you? Very cool design
That is an interesting question... If the hit something hard, like tree, stone , beach the glue can break... Also after a couple of fishes... Tried them with flex resin as well and the are little more resitant... Hope that helps!
@@flyfish3687 that's what I was thinking! Have u tried clear silicon? That stuff is very flexible and durable compared to flex resin. Although it takes forever to dry. Great tie tho, I can't wait to try it out
nice.. where you get your holder that spins?
The vice is a Renzetti
what are the namn on your tool you using so you can rotation like that?
You mean the vise? It is a rotating vise...
Thanks for you comment!
The vise is a renzetti .
what is that glue?
It is Solarez glue... But you can take every UV glue, you find... Hope tjet helps...
Tight lines!
Can we replace resin with silicon?
Yes, I think you can do that…
this streamer is floating.?
No, it is not... but it sinks slowly
Like $10us worth of glue on that fly 🤦
I love your comments... Always positive and constructive! Very funny!
