Hey dude, any issues with it? I keep seeing issues with the e string popping off of the nut because of the extreme break angle.
@@Tatted-ne7tu no I've only had an issue with the stock roller bridge wearing out so I replaced it with a Gotoh Bridge and it's fine now . The edges became sharp so the strings were breaking too often too soon

I own the camo one and love the sound but when standing up it leans forward I'm pretty much staring at the back of the neck...I could keep it back but it's exhausting after a few . Any tips? Is there a specific type of strap I need?
There is a tendency to lean forward, but only if i myself lean forward as well, maybe it's worse in the camo?? Have you tried those simple rubber Ernie Ball strap blocks? I use them just to sort of lock the strap and prevent it from coming off, but it might help with that... maybe...

You mean the fact that i downpick these clean arpegios? It's how i feel most confortable playing them. I should get better technique at those for sure, but i guess i concentrate too much on playing distortion riffs instead

Can anyone answer how is the upper fret access?
it's normal for these sort of guitars. you can play the low E on the 22nd fret with your second finger, the hand itself stops at the 20th fret.
@@megahurtz30 Thank you much, I really dig the Bytes looks and appointments but I am worried about access to the good stuff.
@@Tatted-ne7tu I also have a Solar E (explorer), it allows the hand to go to the 22nd fret. If you go for those, i'd advise getting one of the better ones (E1.6 series), instead of the E2.6

@@mahmutesatarslan6550 to be honest, a lot of Indonesian manufacture, from my experience, is not inferior to Korean. Some Korean models of guitars, just have better specs, but in terms of actual finish and work, Indonesian can even be better sometimes. I think it also depends on the times, maybe nowadays things are not as good as they used to be regardless of the country...
I ve seen some snakebites and iron crosses on reverb, made in Indonesia , as far as I know nowadays most of ltd production, including high-end ones like 1000s and signature series, have been moved to Indonesia...it's even hard to find ,1000 series made in Korea after 2020

@@megahurtz30 That's great! pretty unusual for an explorer. My jackson Kelly has very bad neckdive. The headstock would hit the floor if i was a little shorter.

@@aldilasagne293 yeah... I'd say below 500 bucks or so, it's likely an explorer or V shaped guitar, might have neckdive, not always, but likely. When you reach price levels like the Snakebyte, it's expected to not exist any neckdive.

It’s way better guitar … I don’t know I want to sell it .. it doesn’t play very well.. and the quality of those two in the truckster is way way more good .. maybe is also that the snakebyte has the het set .. in truckster I have the 81-60 .. what do you think about the het set ? (Also mine is from the first one of 2011 with sperzel locking tuners) and it came with emg 81-60
@@ArisAris-ku7np The Het Set is more agressive sounding, it has more bite, the 81-60 is maybe a little more subtle, more classic Metallica sounding i guess. You sort of have to dial it a different way in the amp/pedals/etc to sound the way you like it, perhaps. With some tones, i really like them, with others i sort of prefer the 81-60

The Heavier the guitar...The better it holds tune longer...💪😎🚬
