Nah I think you'll find using overly complex moves is more effective. Especially when you drop your guard to target a non critical area. Trust the overweight middle aged man not demonstrating on an actual opponent. Didn't you hear, the bicep is disabled. Some would say a punch doesn't involve the bicep whatsoever but they're just haters. No one uses them in actual combat spots because they would be too effective.
