    Great vid, though a bit disturbing that the founder isn't able to do basic multiplication to figure out her TAM :)
    I particularly liked Ed's frank advice on how *not* to dilute the value proposition also. 100% agree with the advice and being blunt about it. It's the best way for the message to sink in.

      That is the SOM that the founder realistically believed she could capture. 20% of the SAM.
