I have learned, and researched about the industry that I want to pursue. I have surveys showing that people want a change in this field that my ideas in. What happens when you pitch your idea, share your proposal and demo your MVP, and then investor shows interest but then disappears. Should I be worried, that my idea could be shared with other startups or companies? Should I have a NDA(non-disclosure-Agreement) incase investors pull out without any reason?

I need to submit a business plan, but am pre-revenue (does $70 count lol?) anyway. I am not sure what to do for financial projections. I have benchmarks from other competitors I can anchor to based off web traffic. Would love some insight please! I can only really try work out conversion rate based off web traffic from competitors at this stage
