Time is nothing we “have”. Time is but the perception of one experience followed by another, because they can’t all be made simultaneously. Your body won’t be here for ever, YOU are eternal. The breath, you “have” it neither. You are it. You breathe it. This moment is all there is (you don’t “have” it either.) - enjoy it. In this moment you are all you ever are. Eternally the same eternally changing. You are eternal. Your temporary aspects are temporary, like hair being replaced and all cells are replaced in your body cyclically, regularly, it keeps the parts that last longer healthy. But You Are Eternal.
