@@lynetteguest1598Catherine is the boss in her own right, but not the boss of William. She fulfills her role of princess of Wales perfectly . She exhibits grace, class and strength. She walked like a boss and Markhell was shaking in her boots and deservedly so.
I like the way that William and Kate walk with confidence as individuals and don't need to lean on each other, even in this difficult situation. They know and trust each other and can work in sync without having to check what the other is doing.
What's wrong with leaning on your mate? Isn't that the reason for having a mate in the first place. One couple chose to hold hands and the other couple chose not to. Simple as that. Stop the hate already.
@@sunnyhill5119 Exactly. Each relationship is different. What works for one couple would not necessarily work for another. Couples are not carbon copies of others.
But one member of that couple is holding onto their spouse, for what looks like dear life. I don’t think that is normal PDA. It’s not endearing to me, it’s controlling. I don’t want that to be the case, but it is. If they need support it’s because of the tell-all interview they have just given. When you’re confident like William and Catherine, you can walk around with a clear conscience. Harry and Meghan have just finished lying to the world about the royal family. They should be nervous.
Judith Knights. The Sussexes were excoriated for holding hands in public. The Waleses are just about wrapped all over each of and the trolls gush with approval. Their PR people might wish to suggest that they are a bit more restrained, the way the Sussexes are.
I don't blame her. I won't take a single crap from that narcissist who tries so hard to destroy me either. Princess Catherine knows she is in charge. I can see that MM was nervous and seems out of place when being around Lrincess Catherine

She did not have any reason to lack confidence. She had the full support of a powerful family. Fast forward a few years and we see how nasty the press can be even to someone they pretend to admire.
@@izzy4575 Love these names: "Markhell." I recently read a comment about Megan where someone called her "Nutmeg." LOL. Very creative, fitting, but also TRUE and funny ways of describing her. The woman is nuts and is HELL! 😂
@@worldtraveler721 Interestingly, I did not make Markhell nickname up. Meghan herself shared it on her flopped podcast that a producer on Deal or No Deal would always call her that, because she would always forget her name. Megain was telling this story in a braggy way as if now that she has made it, it’s funny to think that someone would mix up her name! But she really hasn’t done anything to earn the fame and if she would be a nice person, no one would care. But she is hell and she would still be a nobody if she didn’t hijack the royal family and she did give them hell. So, I like to call her Markhell 😂😂😂.
I don’t think anyone mistakes the flowers belonging to anyone but the queen. They are just looking at them and reading the notes. Just like they did when Diana passed.

Without putting on an act? William would not touch Catherine in public until presumably the PR advisors suggested he did to give himself the softer image of a loving husband and father, to convince the public he and Catherine had the ideal relationship. Each time they appear in public, they are putting on an act. Remember, this is the man given to incandescent rages and throwing pillows at his wife.
@@junecleaver748 oh then you MUST know that William has a mistress (Rose H.). He's a disgusting adulterer just like his father and grandfather. There is an inordinate amount of distance between Kate and William, and no gestures of closeness or emotion.
Exactly! I think out of the 4 of them, she was prob least emotionally affected by the situation. Will and Harry were probably flashing back to when they had to do this for Diana, and MM probably didn’t feel welcome bc of all the recent events. Which is why it seemed like Kate kinda took over and commanded the space.
Actually, I got kind of an irritated/slightly angry vibe from her? The way she moves, and keeps some distance to the others. Could be they were having a fight maybe?
I’ve only just found this, but it’s fascinating to watch now knowing that Catherine has described this walk-about as “one of the most difficult things she’s had to do [on the job]”. Projecting control and studiously ignoring anyone goes against the grain to her, because she’s a naturally empathetic person who works to try to make others comfortable - but it was the advice she was given. I believe it is Catherine’s “taking no shit” attitude on this walkabout is a major part of MM’s discomfort
Agree. Something must have gone down before the walk about. Princess Catherine is taking the lead like a mother with two naughty children. Every ounce of her says she is more than less pleased. MM has no chance to win this dual.
Beautifully said. Spidey and David have done a great job giving an unbiased analysis based on body language alone, but we do know that I lot went down in the months before the Queen's death, including the drama that occurred as the Queen was taking her last breaths. Best I don't say too much about that here. Kate is very strong and I have great admiration for her. She'll be a magnificent queen one day.
Princess Catherine is a very strong protector and leader when it comes to her family and she appears to be stepping forward to let Prince William know he is not alone. Harry and Megan appear very nervous and so they should, because they don't know, not only the reception they will receive from the public, but from William and Catherine. Prince William will make a remarkable King with Princess Catherine at his side. Harry and Meghan will become very insignificant.
Great analysis! Very fair. I have a 5th theory of why Meghan did not want to give the flowers, and that is that she was hoping to take them herself for the photo op. She wanted that photo of her laying the flowers, it would have made for a great cover. And I am surprised that you don’t think she was a little rude and snappy towards the aid, she tried to correct herself very quickly because of the cameras, but you can see it very clearly for a second.
I think it was that she is showing her independence and not following protocol. And some of the other ones suggested. But she is complicated and she had to control something in the situation
It was about the photo op. She didn't care about the Queen. Like when she hugs that person in the crowd for an extremely uncomfortable long time. Photo ops. When she wore a ton of black eyeliner at the funeral. As soon as I saw her going in I was like Omg she did that so tears would show up on camera. Sure enough when they came out on the cathedral steps she was doing it. She isn't that smart. Her manipulations are so easy to detect. She really thinks she's fooling people. By some of the comments it works on some people. I get frustrated. I'm like don't fall for it. Why can't you see it? There are people that go to such extremes like this. I think some people just don't want to believe humans can be that bad. You have to be careful.
Catherine is in the lead here, she knows exactly what she wants and she doesn't look out for Meghan or any of the others, she walks straight over, which is quite unusual for her, as she is a very considerate, empathetic and kind person who looks out for others. In this clip she is a Queen and it is clear that Meghan doesn't dare to invade her space, none of them actually, it even feels like William was kind of surprised by her confidence. I'm pretty sure that she was angry. There is something quite fascinating about anger - it gives us strength, power and space. Meghan looks really intimidated and lost, Harry is nervous, but also quite defiant. What's interesting is that Meghan completely changes when she starts shaking hands. She is all smiles and seems confident - maybe because she knows what to do and feels that she is very well received by the crowd despite all the lies and false claims of racism or maybe because she loves to be the centre of attention. There is a very strange expression of fury when the aid asks if he should take the flowers, its just a flash and still it stayed with me and I wondered what it was about. When Catherine engages with the people she is back to her soft and kind side and also Harry is back to his more relaxed self. William looks very sad and thoughtful in the beginning but he relaxes a bit when he starts talking to the people. William takes the lead when they go to look at the flowers and cards.
Catherine has such lovely legs and a very fine figure! She is just very well put together. I really felt for her in that walk about, but she was such a graceful trooper. ❤However, I have absolutely nothing nice to say about the merchant of Montecito, except that she was reined in and doubt that she has ever recovered from Catherine's power and energy!😊
@@carole4013it was an awful look. If those claims of bullying were true then I think this shows how rude she can really be. All this “I tried really hard so they would be proud of me” is bs.
Yes, I agree with you. Even William seemed to be quite taken aback by Catherine's complete transformation. She was showing her true colours: she's kind and considerate but she will fight back when treated unjustly. I hope to see more of her true self: kind, genuine but also tough.
Every time I see William, I am astounded by how much he is like Diana. He looks so much like her, but he also has the empathy his mum was so famous for. I’ll never forget reading, years ago, of Diana crying in the bathroom and William pushing tissues under the door to her. They were so close, she confided in him, despite him being a child and he keeps Diana alive, in a way. He truly is him mother’s son.
Yes, I often remember that story too and still feel sad that such a small child felt the responsibility of needing to take care of his mum and maybe her leaning on him for support.
I disagree looks he is much more Spencer yes but I've never particularly felt an air of empathy by William and it's not to be mean but he is not as personable as Harry is and able to connect on the human level like Harry and Diana were able to do. It could have something to do with roles and training etc. But William very much has a can't touch air whereas Harry has a let's grab a beer air 🤷🏾♀️
I personally have never hated or disliked any of them. I feel bad for them that every single move they make is dissected and criticized. Living that life cannot be easy. My sympathy goes to all of them.
@Martine L. You do know that when you say I agree BUT..you just negated the I agree. Sorry, not debating any M & H rhetoric. I stand with my statement.
I truly feel sorry for them. The royal house is not a warm welcoming house. They expected Diana to know how to dress and behave but never bothered to teach her, or Meghan. They all knew the now King had an affair behind her back, never telling her. What a betrayal! The royal house as it was up to the queens death, was a dark, cold, antiquated house, and I believe that a king has to die before we get to see a change. I just feel sorry for all of them and hopefully they two princes can start to heal when everyone, that betrayed their mother, are dead. It is only so much you can endure before you feel obligated to open your mouth. Change does not come on its own, it always starts with an uproar and I believe H&M did right by speaking up. You can’t expect to be stepped on and stepped on without saying stop. Diana did it and now her son did it too.
She held on to the flowers so she could walk back and place them with the other tributes, why because Netflix cameras were there to film it, blocked by aides

@@andreleibee354 It‘s a curious conclusion. So far we can see H&M’s discomfort. I do not read the news about celebrities, so my only information is that H&M are a) not part of the formal royal family anymore, b) there were controversies about MM‘s behavior, c) in general Kate is the darling of the British people and MM the scapegoat (not judging about deservedly or not) That being said, your post highlights my last point. From what I see, Harry, but especially Megan were deeply uncomfortable. If I understand correctly, it was not even planned for them to be there and they came to the „big“ ceremony just to show a united front of the royal family. That implies several things: a) There were numerous rehearsals for William and Kate, but none for Harry and Megan b) the public opinion was very much set against them. Therefore c) while there was nothing to loose for William and Kate, but Harry and Megan specifically could only loose. (even in your post you attributed the „show of the united front“ to William, even though Harry and Meghan were the only one‘s taking a risk here. If any of the arguments that were/are(?) stirring in the background were to show during the ceremony, it would have been be blamed on Harry and Meghan) All I am saying is this. Your post highlights what Harry and Megan most likely expected. Your first sentence was „h & m have a lot to answer for“. Maybe you are right. But since you expect them to set differences aside for the occasion, shouldn‘t you do the same? I am not trying to bash you. However, I‘d like you to try to put yourself in their shoes. Do you think you would be comfortable coming almost unprepared to an event at which 90% of the guests despise you and just wait for an opportunity to gang up on you?
See I noticed she distanced herself from everyone. She left a very wide gap between herself and Willam when they walked and even had very little interaction with him. I feel like she was in control and there to do a job and trying to get through it.
I think Megan was trying to re-create another Diana moment when Diana once took flowers at a memorial and placed them for the giver. I wish I could find the footage but I know it exists.
She was using the flowers as another photo opportunity, knowing if she laid them herself when the others were not, she would get another picture taken of herself putting the flowers down where they go. She's constantly looking for opportunities to boost her image, which typically doesn't work out the way she intends bc people are starting to see through her crap
My female 6th sense is that Harry’s wife was acting meek for sympathy and for her false narrative that the Wales’ are mean to her. Harry’s wife is way too narcissistic to not show confidence.
She'd been booed outside St Paul's only months before and was terrified of it happening again however the British Public have far too much respect for their dear Queen to sully her funeral in that manner but Meghan walked on eggshells the entire week
Narcissists are very insecure. They Queen passed when they were in Europe so she got stuck going there. I think her mind couldn't catch up with everything going on and her cracks are showing. She doesn't know what to do. After all the stuff she put in the media against them and now she has to be face to face. I sometimes feel bad for narcs because I think of the broken child. They didn't get a lot of attention from parents. Her mother was "away" for about five years and her father worked 18 hour days. She had to fight for some attention. I feel bad for the child but not the adult.
Agree also feel that she was trying to be that way knowing the cameras would move to her alone so she could make it fit with her being an outsider. William and Catherine work together they are in sync and understand their roles and what is needed at the time. Megan is not understanding that she is not the main person she should be behind everyone and she doesn't like it.
In a situation of enormous exposure like this, a narcissist such as Meghan would feel extremely vulnerable. She was way out of her depth here and as a result was terrified. She had no idea what her place was or how to behave. To be out of control to this degree was completely overwhelming for her. William and Kate had the control, she had no idea what she was walking out to, how she would be received by the crowd. She was petrified.
You don't have to be an expert to see Princess Catherine's disdain for MM. Markle was frightened, she knows what she has done. She doesn't care, but she didnt like facing her victim. She is only brave when she is 6000 miles away.
I love watching William and Catherine. They don't do a lot of touching, but it's obvious that they are in love and confident in their love for each other. They do not need to cling to each other in public and allow each other space. I did love the breakdown. Very interesting.
I love Kate through this whole video. She is a strong confident woman, and has come a long way. This has come about through her tireless commitment as a working royal. It is all coming to fruition now.
I also love Kate and I think William and she will make a wonderful couple as Royals (Prince & Princess of Wales now) Also once he ascends to the Throne they will both do wonderfully.
I like Kate as well., I remember when they first started dating. I do feel she has the advantage because of the continued support from the family and the country. It’s easier to be more confident in those surroundings.
@@racharina A lot of practice, but not in an event that is so huge (though I'm sure Prince Phillip's mourning wasn't easy). Also, and maybe even more important, she was willing to learn, practice and be a contributing part of the Royal Family.
I LOVE this community so much! As I read through the comments I am seeing a 6th theory for the flowers and not only do I love it, I 100% believe it might be one of the strongest contenders. Many of you have noted that it’s a sign of respect towards the person who gave them to her. Like it might seem rude to immediately giveaway a gift someone gave you. Fun fact: when someone hands you a business card, you will make a better impression if you take it from them with two hands, handle it delicately and hold onto it as you keep talking to them as opposed to smooshing it into your back pocket in a dismissive way. She could be applying this psychology to the flowers I love this theory and I love you, you little geniuses. Glad you’re enjoying the video ❤️
How funny you mention receiving a business card. In a travel job I once had business cards were always exchanged after a meeting. A seasoned business woman told me prior to a meeting with Japanese businessmen to always use both hands when taking their card. It’s a sign of respect in their culture of which I was completely unaware and grateful for the knowledge ahead of time.
@@Tina-si1gz business card etiquette in Asia is a beautiful thing! They will take it with two hands and give it a quick read before continuing the conversation. A business card is an extension of ourselves and the way the person we hand it to treats it is an indicator of how much respect they have for you.
You can see she enjoyed holding the flowers, who wouldn't? Most of us would love having arms full of flowers. We give them to winners, singers, actors, VIPs etc. The issue here, is they weren't for her. These people didn't buy them and stand for hours to see her. They were for the Queen. That's why it was inappropriate for her to keep hold of them and thats why the aides wanted to take them and lay them with the other tributes. Tributes to a monarch who has served for 70 years and just died. It isn't the Megan show. In terms of the Royal family she is not only low ranked but did the 1 thing that isn't tolerated - used the status for personal gain.
That sounds fine, but it is Royal protocol to hand off any gifts for security. There could be a bomb, etc. and Meghan knows this, because she’s been in this position several times. They wanted to have a walk about by themselves, remember they usually have a camera crew around. I think that’s why William decided to do it together and not let them control the narrative. Remember Harry and M are supposed to be so worried about their security and wanted the Queen to pay for it. They have a law suit in court at this time, yet she doesn’t seem concerned. JS
I didn't like H&M holding hands. This isn't a date. I wouldn't even expect that behaviour from a Royal couple in their early 20's let alone mid 30 to late 30s. It's very much a 'look at us' gesture.
it would have been more appropriate for him to take her elbow as a sign of support but not a clinging gesture. but like i said, H is also on the wrong side to offer masculine protection and support for M
They’re technically at work and that makes the hand holding weird and bizarre. It’s like your company president and vice president being in a relationship and holding hands everywhere they go. Not appropriate.
I think that Meghan is terrified that’s why she holds Harry’s hand. William and Kate are coming over as confident and self assured. They don’t need to hold hands in public. I found it amusing that William had to indicate to Harry they were turning left, not going straight to the public.
William and Kate don’t have the right to hold hands when they’re on duty. It’s protocol. Harry has that right since he’s not in the same position as his brother.
Harry and MeGain look terrified because they had been busted for attempting to do their own separate walkabout without telling anyone because they were trying to make the focus on themselves instead of the Queen like it should be. When William found out he called Harry and told him he couldn't do a separate walkabout because the focus was supposed to be for the late queen not for them. He said they could join him and Kate if they wanted to do a walkabout, in one hour and no more funny business. William handled it perfectly and the dastardly duo got busted for their selfish behavior before they could pull it off.
I laughed at the way Megaliar backed off quickly from Kate after shaking hands with that chap. Sheepish is what I would describe this (guilt?). What is so remarkable about this is because it is so very different from her usual confident body language, this is the woman who marched ahead of Harry to shake hands with the King of Morocco first 🫣. Both her and H look very awkward and uncomfortable. Regarding the clinging on to the flowers, she commonly has herself filmed with flowers, it is something she does. It is all about optics, PR.
My theory is that she felt it would be insulting to the person giving her the flowers to instantly hand them over. By holding them she could be showing that she appreciates their kindness. It could also be self-soothing, "I'm liked", but I think if she handed them over right away, she would think people may thing she'd be disregarding the person's kind gesture. I think she'd rather struggle holding all the flowers than make someone feel their act of kindness is unimportant.
My guess is that those flowers made Megan feel welcome and she needed to keep them for comfort and also as a shield between herself and the press that has given her such bad publicity lately. We can see that as soon as the flowers are taken away she feels insecure again and starts to fix her hair
@@mywish3589 hehe. Holding the flower or fixing her hair as outlet to hide insecurity. The former is better and she insisted on that. Fixing her hair is somewhat childish.
@@melvicgpernia Is it in your opinion CHILDISH or is it scientifically proven? I guess you have not paid enough attention to what they said in this video
William and Catherine understand their role and they trust each other. H &M are uncomfortable (of their own doing) and Don’t trust each other. I think she’s worried he’s going to slip back into his old life and leave her alone and he’s worried she’ll say or do something “wrong” so they cling to each other to boost their own confidence. Catherine and William don’t need to do that. They’re confident enough as individuals and as a couple. What I don’t understand, is Meghan kept saying that nobody helped her with protocols… 1. Where was Harry when she needed his help and 2. Why the heck didn’t she ASK SOMEBODY!!!???
The Queen sent her people to help M and two other family members have helped her . She didn’t want to follow Protocol. Not wearing nylons, not wearing a hat. Wasn’t going to be controlled! She’s a liar!
Honestly, will and Kate look like they don't like each other but they have done this so many times that the lack of being affectionate is actually normal now. Is a death, is okay to lean on your husband or wife.
@@berenic90 which they likely do in private. My husband and I work at the same company. When we’re at work, we don’t hold hands, hug or kiss because it’s not professional to do so. When the royals are at a public event, they’re at work. Catherine and William are very good at their jobs!🙂
As a Brit it would be really interesting to me to see a comparison of an American body language expert and a British one. I wonder how and where they would agree or disagree given how there are so many specifics that are protocol vs the more relaxed American way of interacting.
Human behaviours are just that. HUMAN. They should not be separated by BRITS or AMERICAN. Cultural differences can be judged, too. But when looking at body languages and facial expressions, they aren't segregated. Now if we talk about royal behaviour perhaps THAT is different!!
I found it interesting that Catherine is in the front seat. Usually the Royals will have the men in front and the women in the backseat. Catherine couldn't get away from Meghan fast enough. Harry almost forgot, he was used to standing on the other side of Catherine when the 3 used to go on events with each other. He looked comfortable, then he remembered, and moved to Meghan.
In regards to Harry and Meghan, I think any of us would be nervous if we were about to face the public that have (at times) been hateful/critical. They know that their actions are going to be heavily scrutinized. It is also obvious to me that Harry was caring for and directing Meghan throughout because she was feeling slightly lost.
It appears to me that Meghan has done many things in the past to separate herself from the royals and understandably is not confident or comfortable in this very royal situation. It appears that she is performing her duty for her husband and he is trying to be as reassuring to her as possible. Kudos to her, hopefully they can heal some old wounds and this doesn’t ultimately make the rift larger.
@@kortneyjohnson963 Seeing Kate's actions I have my doubts there is a real rift. It seems more like a tabloid rift and the royal handlers wanted William and Kate to look their best because he is next in line.
I see Meghan trying be close to William and looking at him for approval and guidance. Harry been a physical buffer and guiding Meagan, which he is becoming less confident in his skills. Kate completely ignoring them and taken her role seriously. William been assertive and is aware of his role and confident on Kate’s capabilities.
I will say a mixture of 1 and 2 but I know if I were in her position, I would be holding them as kind of a barrier. It would give me something to out my attention on or fiddle with so maybe it would limit my interaction with others.
William is confident in Catherine's ability to handle and do the job. He is not go to take nonsense from Harry or Megan. Harry is nervous and unsure of both him and Megan. They are not a unified group. William took control so Harry and Megan couldn't go out on their own and play up the crowd.
I’m a New Zealand Maori based in Australia. In times when a person loses someone very close to them they are often not themselves in every context …… consumed with grief the person is unable to cope with normal everyday circumstances with confidence, influence, and even personal relationships, and Public relationships which to me is a situation outside the realms of their present ability to cope . In my own culture the Family who having had someone close Passing Away, are given complete support on every level . They are considered Sacred. You see the duchess Kate take a supporting role as it is the natural thing to do as both William and Harry are not themselves.
I agree. Kate really steps up and moves forward to take a more controlling role, but purely out of support for William (and Harry) to take the pressure off them in their grief.
Another possible reason she wanted to hold on to the flowers was she didn't want to hurt the feelings of the possible fan by getting rid of the flowers as if they were not truly appreciated. It was nice of Harry to let her know it was OK.

Nope she is criticised a lot by the British taxpayer for very good reason. She is an actress. She barely knew the Queen and had already filmed OW attacking her family. This is about her guilt and desperately wanting to be liked.
Well done guys!! This is a very thoughtful, kind and considerate body language analysis. It's so nice to finally see a clip of this moment that is not nasty and mean to any of these four. Well said. I want to see them reconcile and work things out. People are so hateful wishing the worst for others whether they are royals or not. I do hope they reconnect and be happy once again.
I respect how Catherine perfectly fitted now and before decades never showed complaints, carried her duties, and hold all the family. That is where Catherine's confidence come from today and she deserves it for sure. On the other hand those 2 people wiggling around barely walking straight show how runaway looks like, Well as you see it's a total fun, no class.
This ceremony for the Queen must totally remind William and Harry of Diana’s funeral. Brings it all back and adds to their current grief. Great admiration for these men. Their pain is vivid for all the world to see!
The flowers thing was an issue because its security protocol in the UK and has been for a very long time. The royal security actually came out and explained why there are aid’s collect the flowers and or gifts because of hidden threats, poisons things like that, the security did make it very clear and without doubt that ALL the royals are made VERY AWARE of that protocol, especially when there are occasions when there may be perceived issues. I always thought aids took the flowers so it could free up the royal person, but apparently it’s been the very firm policy for some time, it goes back to a time when anthrax was used and some people have been poisoned. It was an interesting interview and I understood why they are asked to hand over stuff, the guy also made it very clear that they are all briefed thoroughly and its a strict rule,so in this instance I understood why megan was approached numerous times , in the end a female security person approached harry, stood her ground and insisted the flowers be handed over. I suppose it’s better to be safe I guess, anyway I think the British public have shown the world how such a huge event can be conducted with profound dignity, the crowds were an absolute mix of nationality’s, cultural diversity, young and older people, a reflection of their affection for their queen.
@@TuckyBlue_1 she does if she is participating in royal events. She didn’t have to attend this but choose to do so as such she had to follow their rules and protocols.
I saw Kate was also holding the flowers that were given to her as well. Where's the uproar for that? So tired of seeing people trying to hang this girl... she's human. Where's the humanity.
I understand all of what you wrote. My question is then, why didn't y they make those protocols abundantly clear to Megan and help her understand that it is in part to protect her, since we do have some mentally deficient people in this world who might do something untoward? Had that been done effectively and appropriately I doubt that this issue would have occurred. This is what I'm talking about. The royal f family sets her up to fail because she doesn't know or understand, puts her in a position where she will make social or royal mistakes, and then publically beat her up in person, on social media, etc. for making the mistake, and make it sound like she is doing it Brevard she is such a bad person. The royal family's arrogance and intentional hateful is not only alarming but shameful. Does anyone honestly believe that Megan would knowingly out herself in harms way to inhale anthrax, pick up an explosive device that looked otherwise innocent, or jeopardize herself in any other way if it had been explained to her that this is why the protocols were in place. She maybe narcissistic to a point, but we all are. I don't know if anyone who would liable her a martyr or masochist who would endanger herself to no reason.
I agree Kate coming down to the children's level shows how much she wants to acknowledge children as much as everyone else. I'm sure she's a great mother as she's aware of Williams childhood
In public there is usually space between William and Kate. This was a protocol set by the queen who did not feel it suitable to hold hands when performing public duties. There have been a number of articles about this over the years. I remember it being talked about a lot in the early years of them being seen in the public eye and the tradition/protocol was explained at the time.
I truly enjoyed seeing the brothers with their wives reaching out to those who they were greeted by. This is a family who is grieving their loved one and the country’s Queen. I’m positive Megan is doing her best to follow protocol since she had not been a royal for too long. Her husband Harry is doing very well to guide her and has always been delightful around his granny. William and Kate are always lovely too. I certainly hope the family come to peace with each other. The love is there and I’m sure in time we will see more with them coming together.
I'm glad William decided to have all four of them go there at once. They showed us that there are times when we have to put aside our grudges and differences, and if they can do it, so can we.
@@Kate98755 I didn't even know they planned to do this on their own with American camera crews following them. That's shameful. It's not about them, it's about the Queen and getting her subjects and receiving their gifts, flowers and words of condolence. Why Harry and Meghan thought going with a film crew would fly is beyond me. It also annoys me quite a lot. They stayed they wanted out of the royal family, partly because of the press hounding them/Meghan. And then what do they decide to do? Take American press cameras with them to view all the flowers and tributes left for the Queen. Plus the flowers weren't for Meghan, they were a condolence gift for the having and as a show of testify for the Queen. They have nothing to do with "they gave me flowers so that means they like me. They really like me!" When it wasn't about Meghan at all! If Prince William or Princess Katherine got there first, they would have received the floral tribute instead. But, at this point, and after everything they've both said and done, I'm not surprised by their behaviour anymore.
It’s just sad to see brothers who have been so close to be under the microscope. They have known trauma and have dealt with it differently. You can’t hate on either. They’re human. I hope one day they can come back together. Their mother would never want to see them apart.
Trauma is something all humans have to deal with and they are men, not boys. William and Harry were having difficulties getting along, as many adult siblings do, long before Harry’s marriage. As far as their mother “never wanting to see them apart”, Diana modeled that behavior herself. At the time of her death, she wasn’t speaking to her mother, or her brother, was estranged from Sarah Ferguson and several other “close” friends. Projecting your own fairytale ideals onto famous people you “think” you know, is ridiculous.
Here is the reason Meghan refuses to hand over the flowers: Meghan had made arrangements with Netflix ahead of this thatthey would photograph her lying a huge bundle of flowers on the larger of spots memorializing the Queen. She wanted that shot. As was discussed theis walk-a-bout was meant to be a “secret,”, a surprise that Was to be just the 2 of them for their own publicity. William caught wind of it at the last moment and said NO you are absolutely not doing a selfish publicity grab at my grandmothers memorial. “You will go with US, or you won’t go at all.” It was wm & Kate who were caught off guard at the last moment. William was seething, thus his hands in fists. Harry & his wife were flat out busted trying to get a Netfix pay off & were full of shame and anger, especially Meghan. No money shot for poor Meghan. I’m sure others in the comments will discuss this as it eas in all the papers, including TheTimes.
Well said - that is it EXACTLY. Also it is elephant in the room that our body language experts studiously avoided mentioning but it would have given deeper context if they had. Meghan & Harry had been publicly trashing this family including our late Queen, from across the Atlantic, in the years preceding this sad event - and then the devious clandestine arrangement with the media for their PR media grab walk-around .. No wonder she was looking so furtive and he was clinging to her.
I agree about the grooming gestures. I have grown up with men wearing suits. They release their jacket button when they sit and then reengage the jacket button upon standing. I think this was drilled into both princes' heads so much that they are always checking they have done it correctly and are presenting correctly. But once the initial groom has taken place, other gestures are due to nervousness or other issues.
They jave been less then nice to Megan but it's kind of earned she was the one who wanted to smile rhe monarchy even in her new book there's so much shit talking about the queen that it's now full time job to remove it now hay she's dead only because ppl ll be pussed now that she's dead not because she doesn't mean it or doesn't want it let out. I totally agree! Meghan is at Harry's side, giving him support, which is what a spouse should do. I've read that she should have stayed away, but just imagine what those same people would be saying if she had! "She's a coward, she caused problems and doesn't have the courage to show her face!" "She can't love Harry, she's a fake. Where is she when he clearly needs her for emotional support?"
@@shelbybrehms8548 It would have been super bad form for her not to attend and participate. Just think what a gossip it causes if a spouse doesn’t attend a funeral in a private family. @@Jen39x I like what you said about William and Harry...yes, family is family and especially in grief, should stay together. My condolences again to all of Great Britain, RIP Her Majesty
Yes! I have heard multiple accounts of why she didn't go to Scotland from the King demanding she not be there to her refusing to go. Whatever the case was I imagine it was better for all, including herself, she wasn't there. Putting myself in her shoes I keep thinking how awkward it would be.
Very kind and selfless of them doing this during their grief. I have the highest respect for them. Even if someone might not of been a fan of the Queen. Harder of course for William and Harry after the death of Diana. God bless all of them, living a life in constant public view.
I watched this and thought Katherine could not get away / distance herself from MM fast enough. Seems that she didn’t want close up photos nor be connected to her in any way.
It's so nice to hear a balanced and fair analysis. Other "experts" I've seen analyze this same footage were clearly using their own bias to draw conclusions and the people watching the videos are swallowing it up because it reinforces their biases.
Right.... Ignorant Americans must stop poking their noses into other countries culture of which they have no inderstanding of whatsover and stay out of the intricate machinisations of British culutre .
right, I've heard people really trashing Megan for holding Harry's hand and looking awkward trying to say she thinks it's 'all about her." This is a much more respectful view of what's happening and makes more sense. I can imagine they're both extremely uncomfortable in this situation but especially Meghan and it makes sense that they would be focused more on each other than WIlliam and Kate are.
When you don’t want to go to an event, especially when your not in control, & someone else is calling the tune,I’ve seen it so many times that i.e Meghan will be obstinate stand back alone, to give the impression that she is not included, standing like a bump on a log,and sending a message to her husband to quickly show her respect, move towards her,and include her into the group. As for the flowers, she has been on walkabouts before, and knows the correct royal protocol for security reasons is to immediately hand flowers, and gifts to the aides. I would say her walking solo to the gates and laying the flowers herself, would of caused a feeding frenzy with the press clicking away their cameras to get that perfect shot of her, and her only placing the flowers spread all over the papers..A photo op I’d say.Remember Harry & Meghan had unofficially planned to do the walkabout themselves, the US press had been tipped off of their plan? ?to which they tipped off the British media, hence the foursome materialised very soon after.
Tblg i believed has gotten high on the views he has gotten. I feel like he has now an agenda. I no longer watch him like i used to. He is definitely biased. =( Neil sean ... that one too .
As a former actress when meeting fans she had to exhibit, real or not, humility and probably thought it would be rude to accept the flowers then hand them off. It's true about the possible security issue, but honestly under the immediate circumstances who is thinking of that. I feel sorry for all of them, having to live their lives under such scrutiny.
My instinct is most in line with #4 and what David was saying. To me it feels very much like: this person/these people are going out of their way to bring these flowers and they are giving them to me and that *means* something. Whether that’s them accepting her, whether it’s showing kindness towards their grief as a family. To her she feels that they have meaning and she genuinely wants to show them that she appreciates the gesture. So rather than smile, say thank you, and pass them off, she wants to make it clear that they mean something to her, so she holds onto them until Harry insists that she hand them off because of course after holding onto so many it would be too overwhelming. I would say it is very American vs. British practices.
Harry wife had planned a walk about just her and Harry. She had USA news and Netflix there. She had people planted in the crowd . She had planned a picture of her holding flowers and crying she hoped to be plastered all over USA newspapers. She simply trying to salvage what William spoiled. It also should be noted there was a 45 min negotiation demanded by MM before they stepped out side. She knew exactly what was happening and was reportedly drinking heavily. Harry is trying to protect her. Harry is very aware William is now POW and he’s following protocol . He stops her barreling in front of William and Catherine several times. He also made her give flowers to staff. It was staff assignment to deal with flowers . She has no authority to change that. There’s very interesting documentary on what’s being done with all the flowers and how many staff it’s taking to handled it.
They hand over the flowers for safety reasons - unlikely you may think, but anything could be hidden in a bouquet. Also it leaves them free to shake hands with more people. It's not a matter of 'Nice American v Stuck up British' practices', it's high profile, exposed and vulnerable people who have to meet and mingle, yet take care all the time, not regular people like us, whom nobody wants to blow up. The King's uncle, and most of his family got blown up and killed by the IRA during the 1980s on a boating trip, and we had bombs and terrorists on the streets for a long long time. So security has to be very tight. Generally It's not like that now since the Peace Agreement, thank God, although there have still been some horrible incidents, (2005 London bombing, Manchester Arena a few years back), but one still feels slightly on edge watching a huge event like the funeral in case a terrorist attack takes place. Fortunately it went off OK and safely due to massive police presence and top notch security.

Not sure how you're going to read 7 thousand comments but I wanted to suggest another theory as to why Meghan held onto the flowers. It could be that she genuinely connected with the individuals she interacted with and felt that giving the flowers away immediately might show she didn't appreciate them or the person who gave them to her.
I see that Catherine looks so confident, she seems to know exactly what to to do, she appeared to make those people feel like they were the only people there and spent much time listening and talking to them. Megan on the other hand looks like she doesn't always know where to be or what to do but, Harry is wonderful at being very attentive and watching out for her.
I only think Meghan was that way was because look at how much hate she got for just being a person of color joining the royal family. Especially from the citizens. They didn't fancy her.
@@jamiecruz9032 no, he could do otherwise. I tend to think it’s because he truly cares for his wife, and needs her in this time of grief, on top of having to help her navigate a seriously weird and foreign culture
Late to this, but there is a boring reason for handing over the flowers to the aides- security. They are protection officers and have to ensure the Royals are not handed anything harmful.
Ok before your opinion. I see that Megan wasn't very confident to start and Harry came to her. I see her using the flowers in 2 ways. 1 she wants ppl see her carring the flowers as a show of love for them. 2. As a shield.
She wasnt confident because she has sadly received a lot of hate in the British press. Harry holds her hand for 2 reasons I think, to show they're a couple and to give her support.
Initial impressions I had: As soon as thet get out of the car, Meghan seems very insecure. She's the last one to go and greet that person. Harry realizes that and hugs her. Then William and Kate never even touch. They Both are very confident but separated (the only time William touches her is to redirect her walking). But when they are with the people, Meghan seems much more confident and now she's the one hugging Harry and giving some kind of order (still super polite) so a staff member. In general Harry and Meghan seen very much in love. Kate and William seem more confident in their role but separated.
I heard from “According to Taz”, Meghan and Harry wanted to walk separately and had contacted an American TV crew to film them ( for Netflix?!) It was reported to William, who decided last minute to invite them to walk with them to keep the attention on the Queen and not Harry and Meghan. Smart move. I presume Meghan still tried to get pictures benefiting herself by trying to get close to William. Holding hands at such an event is completely inappropriate and disrespectful. It’s childish and immature. Harry should know the protocol. His parents raised him to understand his roots, obligations and protocol.
Thank you so much, Spidey for this healthy debate. They lost their beloved Granny, they're grieving, and that sea of flowers is taking them back to 1997 to Diana's death. The world lacks of compassion and empathy. May them both, William and Harry find solace in their lives to heal their hearts.
They were planning on doing their own walkabout to steal focus from the late queen but William found out and told them they weren't going to steal the Queen's focus so they could either join them for the walkabout or not do one at all. That's why MeGain and Harry are clinging on to each other and looking lost and scared. So proud of William standing up for his grandmother since she's not able to.
May I also point out that the public were not aware that there would be a "walk about" therefore the flowers were not a gift for her, they were, in fact a tribute for the Queen. The British public are used to having their tributes accepted by one person and then passed to an aide.
most welcome @@darcyrogers8881 The public have been laying flowers outside of all of the royal homes. Sandringham has them at the front gates. As has Balmoral. There are so many at Buckingham Palace they are now having to lay them in the neighbouring park. It's an incredibly moving sight.
Well y’all throw flowers at her car when she’s laid to rest? I saw that at Lady D burial and didnt understand that either. I’m asking question to understand not meaning to be disrespectful. I’m sorry for your country’s lose and the world. She was pretty amazing.
@@darcyrogers8881 It's an old ancient custom here of marking the site of a sudden death with flowers. Hence the flower "shrines" laid by hand by the public outside royal residences. The throwing flowers onto the hearse is possibly a more modern version of it. The clapping as the hearse goes by is a French custom I believe and not one I personally like. Felt like a lot of people were commenting acting like they had watched the vid when there is no way they could have. That's my own observational psychosis. lol
So, this comment actually isn’t about their body language. This is my thoughts about what is going to happen to the “Family” now that both of the Senior HRHs have passed away. This happens to a lot of families after the people that held their families together, the grandparents, after they have passed. The family falls apart. I’ve seen this happen to many families. They stop getting together for holidays and other gatherings now that the elder people aren’t there to go see. And the issues that were being ignored because that’s what they were told to do by grandma or grandpa now come out in the open. Now with the royal family, I have already read a story that the York daughters are upset with William, Kate and the King because of what’s happening with their father and being pretty much “booted from the family”, and he should be. But they are upset and grandma isn’t there to keep them in line. So now they’re going to go more vocal and say things publicly. So I think the family is going to start to show some big cracks in their foundation and start to fall apart. Like so many “normal” families do.
It was my understanding from what has been reported that Meghan and Harry had plans for Netflix to film them doing a walk about. William got word of it and said "no you don't" and said they would all do the walk about together thus ruining Meghan and Harry's plans. HAHA. Meghan doesn't know what to do because they were caught out so she is no longer in charge, where she likes to be. William and Catherine are in charge. Meghan is a mess, horrible look with bad hair extentions, she was caught off guard and not ready when told she would be with William and Catherine. I am so glad that they didn't get the opportunity to use the Queen's death as a part of their Netflix deal. Meghan and Harry are only strong together in these situations. They have to hold onto each other for support because really they are small people.
I love that William told them to do the walkabout NOW not later with the American press. Lol, perfect.

My only theory
I’ve only just found this, but it’s fascinating to watch now knowing that Catherine has described this walk-about as “one of the most difficult things she’s had to do [on the job]”. Projecting control and studiously ignoring anyone goes against the grain to her, because she’s a naturally empathetic person who works to try to make others comfortable - but it was the advice she was given. I believe it is Catherine’s “taking no shit” attitude on this walkabout is a major part of MM’s discomfort
I totally agree.
Agree. Something must have gone down before the walk about. Princess Catherine is taking the lead like a mother with two naughty children. Every ounce of her says she is more than less pleased. MM has no chance to win this dual.
You are completely correct!
William and Kate are so dignified and regal, they will make the perfect King and Queen.
Very rude
I don’t think it’s rude. I think there’s so many rules she needs to know, and that one just didn’t cross her mind. Give her a damn break.

@@carole4013it was an awful look. If those claims of bullying were true then I think this shows how rude she can really be. All this “I tried really hard so they would be proud of me” is bs.
Yes, I really felt she was angry
I agree with you. He is his mother’s son, in looks and temperament.
also his smile!
Harry seems to act like he is the only son of Diana, and the only one with a right to grieve her (and appropriate her legacy)
I completely agree.
I agree!
I agree and just sad.

Who cares
If she said it silently, how the hell do you know she said it???

Prince William and princess Catherine are so beautiful and together greeting everyone love it
Meghan and Harry looked so ashamed of what they have done to destroy the Royal Family. Prince William & Princess Catherine looked so dignified.
You see what you want to and nothing more.
The current king is a divorcee & his consort is 'the other woman" that helped end his marriage. The British people have been trying to dismantle the monarchy for decades so I doubt H & M hurt the family that much damage at least no more than what had already been done.
They want pity, oh poor couple
h & m have a lot to answer for. i think it's great william upset her apple cart not letting her take charge of her and harry's walk cuz she calls the shots 🙄. william was right there should be a united front before the public because this was about the queen. period. so, of course, megan was challenged! she does not play well with others.
@@andreleibee354 It‘s a curious conclusion. So far we can see H&M’s discomfort.
I do not read the news about celebrities, so my only information is that H&M are a) not part of the formal royal family anymore, b) there were controversies about MM‘s behavior, c) in general Kate is the darling of the British people and MM the scapegoat (not judging about deservedly or not)
That being said, your post highlights my last point. If any of the arguments that were/are(?) stirring in the background were to show during the ceremony, it would have been be blamed on Harry and Meghan)
All I am saying is this.
I got the impression that Kate was distancing herself from Meghan whenever possible.
See I noticed she distanced herself from everyone. She left a very wide gap between herself and Willam when they walked and even had very little interaction with him. I feel like she was in control and there to do a job and trying to get through it.
It seemed to me like she was running away from Mehab after getting out of the car to the "safer "side. Not really confident, but determined.

I think Megan was trying to re-create another Diana moment when Diana once took flowers at a memorial and placed them for the giver. I wish I could find the footage but I know it exists.
The Duchess of Delusion can make herself believe anything
@@dalhousieDream hold onto something
She was using the flowers as another photo opportunity, knowing if she laid them herself when the others were not, she would get another picture taken of herself putting the flowers down where they go. She's constantly looking for opportunities to boost her image, which typically doesn't work out the way she intends bc people are starting to see through her crap
#2. Meg wanted a pic of herself with all the flowers.
Very narcissistic. Too bad for Harry. He needs to smarten up. She is not in any way a lady, must less a royal!

Catherine did say this was a hard day. I can imagine she knew how meg had disrespected the queen and now they had to be together.
I love watching William and Catherine. They don't do a lot of touching, but it's obvious that they are in love and confident in their love for each other. They do not need to cling to each other in public and allow each other space. I did love the breakdown. Very interesting.

She could be applying this psychology to the flowers
I love this theory and I love you, you little geniuses.
JS
Just posted my number 6🤣🤣🤣
Meghan just pushed Harry out of the way talking to people. And Kate looks like she comfortable confident.
@is this seat taken? The problem with these ppl is; damn is she does/doesn’t. She’ll never be able to please them.

William is a humble leader. He still commands a presence, and is not threatened…confident with his self and his position.
Catherine is a supportive WIFE. A woman of dedicated honor and duty.
Catherine is about Catherine
So is Meghan 😂😂😂

Yes! I agree as there are cultural differences and clearly it shows in these videos.
Human behaviours are just that. HUMAN. They should not be separated by BRITS or AMERICAN. Cultural differences can be judged, too. But when looking at body languages and facial expressions, they aren't segregated. Now if we talk about royal behaviour perhaps THAT is different!!
I think the royal protocol would be a more interesting approach.
Catherine was born for this role. She is so regal.
Agree. Very good point. These behavioural people always trying to find things wrong with Meghan and Harry.
I agree 100%.
It appears to me that Meghan has done many things in the past to separate herself from the royals and understandably is not confident or comfortable in this very royal situation. Prince William is an alpha male
I agree, well said! Also, Meghan is with Harry because he is NOT like William, a narcissist could not get along with someone they could not control.
I will say a mixture of 1 and 2 but I know if I were in her position, I would be holding them as kind of a barrier. It would give me something to out my attention on or fiddle with so maybe it would limit my interaction with others.
Love Princess Kate.
William is confident in Catherine's ability to handle and do the job. He is not go to take nonsense from Harry or Megan. Harry is nervous and unsure of both him and Megan. They are not a unified group. William took control so Harry and Megan couldn't go out on their own and play up the crowd.

I remember that when I saw Harry at his mother's funeral I cried for him. He was soooo hurt and heartbroken.

Well just stop offering the flowers. Its that simple.

In public there is usually space between William and Kate. This was a protocol set by the queen who did not feel it suitable to hold hands when performing public duties.
I can't believe whar im hearing from you guys the crowd brought the flowers for the Queen
It’s just sad to see brothers who have been so close to be under the microscope. They have known trauma and have dealt with it differently. You can’t hate on either. They’re human. I hope one day they can come back together. Their mother would never want to see them apart.
Absolutely agree 😢
Trauma is something all humans have to deal with and they are men, not boys. William and Harry were having difficulties getting along, as many adult siblings do, long before Harry’s marriage. As far as their mother “never wanting to see them apart”, Diana modeled that behavior herself. At the time of her death, she wasn’t speaking to her mother, or her brother, was estranged from Sarah Ferguson and several other “close” friends. Projecting your own fairytale ideals onto famous people you “think” you know, is ridiculous.
I honestly believe Megan is not capable of genuine humility , surely being an actor is narcissistic, Megan will always look for image management .
I think the microscope grew from a desire to see them happy after the loss of their mother. Thats why i watch these videos
I wish the British media would see that but all they see is dollar signs
No words. The hubris to even be there after the Oprah interview
She is so nervous knowing that any wrong move will make the media tear her apart
Not like she doesn’t deserve it
They jave been less then nice to Megan but it's kind of earned she was the one who wanted to smile rhe monarchy even in her new book there's so much shit talking about the queen that it's now full time job to remove it now hay she's dead only because ppl ll be pussed now that she's dead not because she doesn't mean it or doesn't want it let out. She's got her tail brwn her legs here cause of all the bad press usually she's trying to control Harry weird to see her like this.
@@shelbybrehms8548 Exactly! when people want to find fault... they will.

I thought so too, seems very childish of Kate to be acting so cold.
It was amazing to see David Stephens on the channel! He had such great insights. I’d love to see him again. Thanks Spidey and David!
Thank you for watching. David really is incredible! 😊
It's so nice to hear a balanced and fair analysis. Other "experts" I've seen analyze this same footage were clearly using their own bias to draw conclusions and the people watching the videos are swallowing it up because it reinforces their biases.
Right 😏

I compliment you for doing this talk in an educational and respectful way, respect is a rare commodity these days.
The expression on Mehgans face when she whips around , it's obvious that she is irritated. Definitely not humility. Yes, it's all about her image.
I see 4 adults, that put their differences/ feuding aside and came together to show their respects to their beloved grandmother. Nothing else.

Especially Kate. I didn't like her much in the past. But now I belive she is amazingly classy and graceful.
William is the Prince future King! Harry is the spare who left the Royals and has been disrespected. 🥸
Disrespectful to everyone.
Agreed, how exhausting to know how many eyes are on them. Especially at this time of loss & mourning
She knew. You and I may not know but all royals know. She just wanted to be the only one walking with flowers for the cameras to capture that.
Yes, without a doubt, she didn’t want to appear rude passing the flowers on so quickly.
They CHOSE that Life Barbara. The daughter-in-laws chose that life...
That brazen hustler knew the protocol. She just didn't want to follow it, as usual.
Yes, bring David back. I really enjoyed this interpretation. You compliment eachother very well. Thank you. 😊
You should totally bring David back. He's awesome!
Spidey is so good at keeping it authentic
Total agree, that was my first thought. I was waiting for them to mention it
Just because the royal family does something, it doesn't mean that it's a British practice
WELL ALSO THEY NEED TO HAND OFF THE GIFTS, FLOWERS ETC. BECAUSE OF SAFETY PROTOCOLS. U NEVER KNOW WHAT TERRORIST OR ?¿ COULD STUFF SOMETHING INSIDE A BOUQUET. A POISON , A BOMB, ETC..SHE NEEDS TO LEARN SHE MUST DO THIS. ITS FOR HER OWN PROTECTION!!!
SHE JUST DOESN'T GET IT...WHY? SURELY SHES BEEN PREPPED RE ALL OF THIS SINCE B4 THE WEDDING!!! WHAT IS WRONG THAT SHE JUST CANT SEEM TO FOLLOW PROTOCOLS THAT ARE THERE FOR (HER) PROTECTION!!! WHATS IT GONNA TAKE!!! AN ACTUAL ATTEMPT ON HER LIFE?
FOR GOD SAKE!!! IS THERE A COMMUNICATION PROBLEM OR AN INABILITY TO UNDERSTAND OR LISTEN PROBLEM???¿ NO! CLEARLY SHE WAS DRUNK!! THUS HIM GUIDING HER . I THINK KATE WAS JUST DISGUSTED W THE WHOLE THING.
THIS LITTLE WALK-ABOUT WAS A BIT OF A GIFT FROM THE OLDER BRO AND M JUST THREW IT IN THEIR FACES. SHAME IN HER!! THIS WAS THE REASON WHY FORWARD FROM THIS DAY THEY REALLY GOT THE FREEZE OUT FROM THE RF AND WERE ASKED TO LEAVE EARLY...JUST AS WELL. SHE DOESN'T EVEN WANT TO TRY TO HELP HER HUSBAND.
AS ALWAYS, THE WORLD, IN HER MIND, REVOLVES AROUND HER.
I AM FED UP W ALL OF IT FROM HER. THEN, SHE HAD THE UNMITIGATED AUDACITY TO DEMAND TITLES FOR THEIR KIDS!
WHEN SHE CAN SHOW SOME SELFLESSNESS, DO SOME KIND IF GOOD FOR THE WORLD WITH NO EXPECTATION OF ANYTHING FOR HERSELF IN RETURN AND DO IT AND MEAN IT GENUINELY AND REPETITIVELY...WELL, THEN MAYBE I AND OTHERS WILL BELIEVE THEY AND THEIR KIDS MIGHT BE ENTITLED TO A TITLE ONE DAY IN THE FUTURE. MAYBE THE KIDS, WHEN OLD ENOUGH SHD EARN THEIR TITLES...GIVEN WHO THEIR PARENTS ARE AND HOW ,( THEY) BEHAVE!!!
MEGAN COULD STAND TO LEARN MUCH FROM THE QUEENS SISTER ABOUT SELFLESSNESS AND SELF SACRIFICE. M HASN'T GOT A CLUE!!
Your video was very interesting. I appreciate your respectful comments about each person.
You can see her saying "I'm going to put them over there".
Yup. Exactly this.
I can’t believe the woman is getting “critiqued” when it even comes to accepting flowers. Ugh. Leaving was the right thing.

@@jamiecruz9032 no, he could do otherwise. I tend to think it’s because he truly cares for his wife, and needs her in this time of grief, on top of having to help her navigate a seriously weird and foreign culture
Exactly
Late to this, but there is a boring reason for handing over the flowers to the aides- security. They are protection officers and have to ensure the Royals are not handed anything harmful.
Ok before your opinion. I see that Megan wasn't very confident to start and Harry came to her. I see her using the flowers in 2 ways. 1 she wants ppl see her carring the flowers as a show of love for them. 2. As a shield.
No. As a Netflix money shot.
She wasnt confident because she has sadly received a lot of hate in the British press. Harry holds her hand for 2 reasons I think, to show they're a couple and to give her support.

Initial impressions I had:
As soon as thet get out of the car, Meghan seems very insecure.
100%
I heard from “According to Taz”, Meghan and Harry wanted to walk separately and had contacted an American TV crew to film them ( for Netflix?!)
It was reported to William, who decided last minute to invite them to walk with them to keep the attention on the Queen and not Harry and Meghan.
Smart move.
I presume Meghan still tried to get pictures benefiting herself by trying to get close to William.
Holding hands at such an event is completely inappropriate and disrespectful. It’s childish and immature.
Harry should know the protocol. His parents raised him to understand his roots, obligations and protocol.
@@iu.5146 Why exactly is holding your spouses hand, especially during a moment of grief, inappropriate and childish?
Thank you so much, Spidey for this healthy debate. They lost their beloved Granny, they're grieving, and that sea of flowers is taking them back to 1997 to Diana's death. The world lacks of compassion and empathy. May them both, William and Harry find solace in their lives to heal their hearts.
Perfect perspective
Most unusual for Rach to ever take a step back. The audacity of the pair of them turning up after trashing us all. They have no shame. 🇬🇧
I live in the US and didn’t realize this was the custom. Thank you for posting.
most welcome @@darcyrogers8881 The public have been laying flowers outside of all of the royal homes. Sandringham has them at the front gates. As has Balmoral. There are so many at Buckingham Palace they are now having to lay them in the neighbouring park. It's an incredibly moving sight.

Now with the royal family,
I have already read a story that the York daughters are upset with William, Kate and the King because of what’s happening with their father and being pretty much “booted from the family”, and he should be.
