WOW! Congratulations! So many opportunities with this property. Potentially a “How To with Doc”, Australian version…experimenting with all types of equipment, grasses, fertilizers, and whatnot. Can’t wait!
I'm so excited, Tim! Woohoo! What a beautiful property! Congratulations! 🎉 It will be so fun to see how you develop the different areas - those fenced garden beds are AWESOME - and especially to see the process for building a home eventually. There are so many more opportunities for collaborations as you work on landscaping and gardening. And it would be interesting to put a few trail cameras out along the border with the woods to see what wanders the area. Really looking forward to upcoming vlogs/collabs about this property. What a LOVELY property! And, SO different from your current location!! Remember, despite any OCD, it is the 'country,' not a suburban setting. Thus, in general, it's "allowable" to be less precise with yard maintenance!? I am interested where you are envisioning the house to be situated....maybe next VLOG you could show that? Bldg. looks perfect for your storage needs! No more Storage Hub!?! I envious of the ready-to-go garden plots...Maybe someone you know could use them and teach you along the way---Congrats on your find!!! I'll be watching the development.

Congratulations. How exciting! I have 20 acres with a compact Kubota BX1800 for paddock work. I opted for a ride on with a trailer rather than a UTV.

We are on 2 acres similar amount of trees always have to pick up sticks before we mow they ruin the blades…. Good luck…..

I just hope you don't have neighbours that ignore their dogs and allow them to incessantly bark. We're 20 minutes out of Canberra on 10 acres. 2 Husky 42 inch ride ons. Gets it done in a weekend between my wife and I. Have fun.

Be a good chance to try out some flash Mulching blades for the scag and push mowers. Also you could get some kind of mega sized blowers for the leaf litter etc
So here's the question now are you going to be moving all your equipment to this huge shed? Or are you still going to keep it at the storage locker? I don't see your breakfast spot outside this shed. Unless your shed is going to be full service, lol 😂!

You should test a couple of sit down zero turn from like toro as well a kubota diesel zero turn maybe even John Deere
