Neutrogena Hydro Boost is such a wonderful product. I used up a few jars of it. However, for wintertime, Weleda cream, which comes in a green metal tube, is great. It's a little on the heavier side, but if you are struggling with dryness and parched skin: perfection.
It is a great drugstore one ! X
Love empties ❤
Thanks for the nice change! You are correct about being bombarded xo.
Hehe! Thanks. It was driving me nuts!
🙌 so glad it’s not just me that’s so sick of all the amazon videos! 😂
Yes, it's enough now!! 🤣
I know, enough already!
@@scottieehopkins9857 🤣
Hi Sue my subscription feed is also full of Amazon videos 😂 and I don’t have prime, nor am I buying stuff mid month. So far this month (I sort my empties from the start to the end of the month) I have finished:
Zelens vitamin E serum- a nice moisturising serum but not worth the price (I got a good deal in TKMAXX 😂).
Boots eczema treatment featuring Ectoin - a really nice hydrating/moisturising gel/cream I use as a moisturising serum. This is one of several I have used of this product.
Pacifica vegan ceramide serum - a nice hydrating serum but not one I need to repurchase
Avene antirougours cleanser - for me this functions as a single cleanser and is great for travel. It takes off everything apart from waterproof mascara and is my lazy option 😂
Bioderma biphase eye makeup remover - this is how I take off my waterproof mascara and it is excellent. My Clio kill lash mascara will not come off with misceller water, cleansing cream or even an oil cleanser (it’s amazing on my watery eyes as it does not budge). This takes it off easily and gently. It’s better than the famous Lancome bifacil in my opinion and bonus is both fragrance free and much cheaper here in the UK.
That’s it so far this month. My skin for info is extremely dry, rosacea and eczema prone. Best wishes x
I love hearing about your empties. They always sound so exotic and you inspire me to try different things. I have a "Loraine" list of things I need to try ❤️. Thank you for sharing x
❤😊
😍
Hey Sue
It’s so important to go through our products.
I went through Nivea sunscreen, also go through a lot of the serums from the ordinary(to be honest I haven’t seen results on The Ordinary Niacinamide and Hyaluronic acids)
I’m impressed you went through your perfume I remember when you showed it on a video,I struggle to finish perfumes because I have an unnecessary number 🙈🙈,My mother always gives me a judgemental eye 😂😂
Lol!! Thanks Phumzi. Perfumes are hard to finish! I'm using the Ordinary niacinamide at the moment. I'm not loving it. I haven't tried anything else of theirs tbh. X
Thanks! Super useful as always. Cleanserwise I can't recommend Toleriane enough. I love La Roche Posay in general because their products are a great match for my very sensitive skin but Toleriane is really amazing and never leaves my complexion feeling tight or irritated. I'm not sure if it takes off makeup since I wear only sunscreen in the middle of summer! Agree with you about the importance of under-eye hydration. You've inspired me to buy the Kerastase hair mask.
Thanks Tracey. The Toleriane is very good. I used it when my skin is feeling sensitive. It's lovely and gentle but not great at removing makeup 💄
These videos are fun, Sue. Peeking into someone's trash is very telling. 😂
My first time trying the Garnier Micellar Water. It wotks a treat. So much cheaper than the Bioderma. I normally use Ponds Cold Cream, but it isn't great for eye makeup.
I found The Ordinary very...ordinary really. Naturally gravitated to a K beauty brand it was kind on my skin, but not amazing. Best at the moment is Innisfree. Their Olive Oil cleanser is top notch.
Now you have finished your neroli EDP, what are you using now as perfume? 😍
The innisfree range sounds interesting! I have my eye on the l'occitane neroli perfume. It's more complex than the Nuxe! Watch this space 😍
@@kateaye3506 Great comment! I think Sue’s next empties video should be called Talking Trash! Or Trash Talk?
@@traceybiller9458 I think Trash Talk has been taken by Joey, Grant and Connor; a trio of expats living in Japan. 🤣
I’ve just emptied the Bioderma Gel moussant. It claims to be safe enough for babies, so I thought it would be safe enough for me. I would never use this on a baby!! It has a disgusting ocean fresh scent that (no exaggeration) resembles dish washing liquid! The 1 liter bottle took forever to use up. I suffer from useuperitis, which means I can’t throw bad products away. I have to punish myself for wasting my money on the product by enduring the product every day! I would love to watch a discerning video on Bioderma products.
Next is Avene TriXera nutri fluid lotion 🧴 Blown away by this. Will purchase again!
Accidentally purchased Aveda exfoliant instead of toning spray. Big mistake! Smells like weed killer and I usually cough after I spray it on! Can sometimes make me a little bit red.
Just used up Aveda hand relief renewal serum. Repeat purchase until I die!
Eeww about the Bioderma moussant. I'm with you on userupperitis. That's why I was determined to use up the cleansing oil. But it's the last time I'll buy anything in one litre. I get bored after a while.
I've just purchased the Avene hydrance intense serum. I think you suggested it a while back? It has been discontinued so I got two bottles at less 40 percent. I like the sound of it as it doesn't contain hydrolic acid (hyaluronic acid)😊. It has an alternative, which might be better me thinks. Hydrolic acid can often dehydrated skin instead of the opposite. Will let you know how I get on.
Hope you do a video review about it. It still sells in most pharmacies on my end of the world 🌎 It doesn’t contain any progressive skin care benefits like retinol, however whenever I put it on, I notice I instantly look a bit fresher. It feels very trustworthy and gentle - no nasties! Perfect lazy lady product. A couple of pumps before I run out the door or late at night when I’m really sleepy and be bothered with jars, pots or droppers. Travel friendly, too!
@@MsActor2009 I used it this morning and it hydrated my skin immediately. Pores look more refined because of the hydration. Absorbed immediately. I think I'm going to love this! Thank you for the recommendation 😊❤️
I can easily use up a bottle every month, so you won’t get bored of it!
@@MsActor2009 @Fity-sense The Avene sounds divine girls! I assume you apply it under moisturiser? I love the brand and am very tempted to add this product to my skin care. Please do a review when you're ready Sue? Agree with you btw about the hyalaronic - that's why I called it hydraulic acid. It hydrates some days and desertifies you others. I want something that doesn't attack me when it feels the urge.
