I found mine in a Marine liquidation store "Sailorman" in Fort Lauderdale. Ebay has 2 for sale but are 5000 BTU. ( they make a 7000 BTU) There are few in Facebook Marketplace but are in the west coast. Do not hesitate to reach out to me if you need assistance in the installation or for any questions. This AC is a "Perfect Fit".
@@florida4funshinechannel998 thanks so much! I just saw some on market place and I’ve been to sailorman before! I don’t mind the drive to thr west coast either. This looks like the right setup! Thank you for your help!🤙
@@perfectfitboating I have had one for 10 years. The 5k should cool a small cabin, but anything more than that and even the 7k will struggle to cool at all. Mine is for my 25ft sailboat in Texas and it doesn't do crap during the day. Not until midnight does the front cabin get relatively cold.
@@jonmccauley6490 thanks for the tip! I was trying to find one of these locally and they’re in rough shape. I found a few 4000 btu ones but I don’t think it’ll be enough for this heat. I ended up getting an 8000 btu portable unit. That should be enough for our small cabin even during the day in this heat. 🤙
Thanks for sharing.
Sweet! We’re looking to add ac to our boat as well! Subbed! 🤙
Subbed also!!
Awesome video… can’t wait to go for a ride……. Check out the new AC
This setup looks perfect for our boat. Where did you find that ac unit?

Are there ac charging ports. I have a guy who wants me to charge his unit.
@@williamjefferson7642 yes you can charge them. You can attach a charging port on the low side. Same as a window unit. Check for leak first.
@florida4funshinechannel998 thank u he got some older units below deck that needs to be changed out at some point
What's the power consumption
