When he toured for Songbook we saw him at three different venues and if you listen closely before fell on Black days he remarks how amazing the theatre is and I yelled back Your amazing.He called us all down to the stage to get closer while he sang you know I was standing next to him that at the Keswick near Philly .I am glad you had the chance to see him live ..no one sings like him anymore.

NIN, Rage Against the Machine, Pantera, Soundgarden, Bjork, Tool, Ministry, Alice in Chains....... the music industry now is a barren landscape by comparison.

This is a great song . A musical masterpiece. I was born in 79 so this is my music and to this day I embrace it .

He said that, after the show, he was having a beer at the bar, and Chris was sitting there. And they talked just like regular patrons. Chris was waaay too normal for a superstar.

Great performance. I wish CC was still here with us. I don't really associate this song with wanting to do the S-word thing. It's more an abstract contemplation of how a living entity took itself out by accidentally hitting a building. A thing that existed in one second and ceased to exist the next second.

This song is one of my favorites in their catalogue. The acoustic version on Super Deluxe is just outstanding. This live version seems problematic. Maybe it’s a matter of how this was captured/recorded. Chris sounds a bit flat here - and out of tempo until a little over 4 minutes in. Could the tempo issue be a synching issue (as it’s REMASTERED) or are the band and Chris genuinely a half beat apart. Chris’s yells sound ragged too.
I think he might be trying to slow em down a bit since it's being played a fair bit too fast at the start and the band seem to slow down to the correct tempo later on. Could also be some latency on the monitoring system too mind.
