Mine 2011 Maxima to the right I had all that checked and they said it was good front right tire do not shake at all then got the tires balanced and it's still do that
got a 2011 rogue with what sounds like axle noise when I turn left or right... replaced the drivers side axle and outside bearings on both sides... still making the same noise. sounds like a bad

Are the rear wheel bearings any different from the front?
Not sure on this year, but on the 2004, the front is very similar to the back, just a different procedure to change them.
Astral Auto Repairs do you know what the difference is by any chance?
@@BigRathod3 On the 2004, the rear is MUCH easier because you don't have to worry about the axle being in the way. If you have to replace the rear, you should have no issue at all.

I have the same maxima (2010 though). Gonna do this to my car tomorrow. When I drive and turn right it just vibrates and has loud road noise. And my left wheel has a rattle to it. One shop said it’s a rack n pinion that needs replaced. Just not sure
It is VERY rare for a rack and pinion to go bad. Maybe the inner tie rod, but not the entire rack.

And now I'm taking it in for both front wheelbearing/hub replacements at 46k miles. Grrrr.
Ok guys I have a question....If there's no play on the bearing at all, what else should I check for...I have a 2011 Nissan Juke and there's a roaring sound in the front end...It sounds just like a bad bearing but wheel bearings so no play in them...Can you give me some idea's to check before I spend anymore money on this thing in parts? TYSM for the great video
Sometimes you will not feel play until you place a jack or jack stand directly under the lower ball joint to relieve the pressure.
@@OnlineAutoRepairVideos no we changed the hub assembly and it did not fix it. It's still has a roar sounds like a bearing. Could it be the carrier bearing and if so is there any way to check for that before it cost us anymore money? Thank you so much for actually answering me. Many people don't answer back. Okay, now we have had one incident where we replaced a hub bearing, and come to find out, it was the hub bearing on the other side. but from inside the car, it sounded like the side we replaced.
Other than the hub bearing, there are the bearings that are right inside the transmission, right at the point where the axles go in. Not sure if they call them the carrier bearings, but I'll go with that name.
Front end noises are difficult to track down, especially the roaring noises. Sometimes you have to have the electronic ears with the probes that connect to different parts of the front end, while driving.
No problem on answering back, we know what you mean by MANY people, LOL!
Judy R , this is a late reply but you could have a bent rim, try rotating your tires to see if that resolves the noise

My car sounds like a helicopter lol don't Know how else to describe it but it sounds like that and it smells strong of oil or gas I have an 09 Maxima I've done proper maintenance placed new brakes rotors oil sensor changed spark plugs changed oil every time on time car does have 202000 miles on it also I have to really press on the gas for it to take off my car was so smooth before it kills me to hear it like this
Do you have a check engine light on, and if so, what are the codes?
No check engine no codes car passed emissions in my state with flying colors it just has those issues the helicopter noise from the engine is annoying I'm not sure if it's the engine but it definitely comes from under the hood

Probably your electric cooling fan is hitting something. If you have an engine driven fan maybe bad motor mounts an your fan hits the shroud on excelration.
