Hi Nat, I've settled on Davinci Resolve on PC. I started with Microsoft Clipchamp, but it lacks features and kept losing my work, so I got very fed up with it. I briefly tried OpenShot, but the audio was really buggy and it lost one project where I changed settings then it crashed every time I tried to re-open that project. Resolve has worked well and seems to have loads more features than I know how to use! There are plenty of tutorials on RUclips for all of them.
Your noisy loco looks to be a Tender driven one from what I could see. Dapol by any chance ? If so you can probably replace the motor with a coreless one from Tramfabriek. They are quiet and I have found them to be reliable.
I was wondering what video editing software other people use as I might be looking for a different way to edit my videos at some point. Thanks
Nat
Hi Nat - I use Filmora - its a one off lifetime fee and is pretty easy to use.

@@lynganddistrictthanks I’ll give that a look

Hi Nat. It looks as though your dad is a little shy (LOL).
Nah he was just busy on his phone I don’t think he knew I was filming 😂
