For the buffet piece, put casters on it and use it as a kitchen island. If it gets in the way, roll it out of the way and roll it back in when needed, if it doesn't fit there permanently.
Use your buffet in your formal dining room with the fireplace in it. Use it as an actual buffet. Stack beautiful dishes, use baskets to store napkins and napkin rings, etc. That way you can host holidays and have room for everyone to sit around a large dining table. Love your videos. XOXO'S
Hey, Kelly!! Everything looks SO clean, fresh and white. Love it!! Just a suggestion i feel MAY be of some importance. Ask someone who knows about flooring, etc., FIRST, but you might need to "seal" the edges of the wood floors under the edges of each vent so that when you mop, (not to mention occasional spills) it won't "warp up" or water log the wood edges and mess them up. As far as the white shelf, you could put in the classroom, with an added board or two to shorten and divide, to make it a mini library. So, anytime they want to color or read, they can go pick a book! (Boardgames, etc.) Prayers for y'all's exiting new move coming up and to the boys' dad. And your mom!
I MEANT to also add: those "outdated" mirrored cabinets in your mom's kitchen that you were talking about a good while back,, you could put that shiplap wallpaper on the mirror part, perhaps?

I have a suggestion for that white table. Measure the length and get two boards that will fit into the triangle in the sides of it (that will basically divide it in half on each shelf) and paint the boards white and use it as a book shelf for the Kids. In the hidden back side you can use to store your extra classroom supplies. 🦋

So, a few suggestions. The hand built white table: use as a TV console but wall mount your TV to allow for a sound bar or gaming stuff, and if you don’t have either then it’s a place for decor and the lower shelves could have family phots, books and plants on them, the ONLY thing is to get some paint grade plywood and cut to size for the back of console, prime and paint and attach to back of console, this does two things: 1 to hide cords and 2 to stop items on the lower shelves to be push to the back and off the back. The bunk room, if you have room, center the bunk beds on the wall that it is on, then mount a shelf at each head of bead (with heavy duty wall anchors) to allow each child to have a little lamp for reading and a few personal items like sippy cups for water or the current book or small toy or something like that, this allows more room for playing and even another dresser or a desk or two and between the two beds place a two shelf shoe shelf (not a wire one) for their books, since the shoe rack will be low profile you still have access to the window and they have their books available. Good job and progress Kelli!
I would use the buffet table in its original spot and put school supplie, your printer, the kids books, etc. on it. You could even have your charging station there. You could use baskets to contain everything. As a retired teacher, I know there is often a lot of supplies for schools. Everything is looking so good. I am currently looking for a mobile home and since my budget is limited, you give me hope that if I have to buy one that need some fixing up, I can turn out beautiful.
I say move the white side board into your room as a tv stand, take the brown dresser in your room and put that in Ray and Kane's room because it goes with their furniture and move the white dresser in their room in your closet

We had a fan with an integrated LED light and the light panel stopped working after a few years. We had to replace the whole fan. Home Depot kept saying it was Hampton Bay's problem and vice versa. We replaced it with a fan that we put LED bulbs into. Keep your receipt! Everything looks great!! 🦋
Use the buffet in the school room. Add lots of baskets to the shelves to hold supplies, books, educational games, and such. On the top you can rotate out items for the seasons and such (bird nests, plants for spring, sea shells and such for summer, etc. and add some seasonal books. Or if you do unit studies then use the top for those type of things
You can use the piece for classroom storage and display. Also get an area carpet for the oldest underneath his bed or use felt pieces to stop scratches on the beautiful floor.
I have floating bookshelves in my sons room and change his books out seasonally. The rest are stored in a built in bookshelf we have in our middle hall. He loves switching out the seasonal books with me and picking out a new one each season. Highly recommend. 🥰🦋

I highly recommend getting waterproof allergy zippered mattress covers for all the beds. I’d change the light bulb in your bedroom ceiling fan. LEDs can and will fail. You can get a different temperature bulb so it doesn’t cast too warm/yellow. I’d use the buffet table for storing homeschool supplies in baskets or games on the shelves. I’d place the removed cabinets either where your new pantry will be or in the closet where you’re planning to store brooms and floor cleaning appliances. I love the transformation of your shower, very impressed. 🦋

I am very petite and I can never reach upper cabinets. What I really love are drawers as bottom cabinets. They are perfect for dishes and pots and pans. And of course the top, More slender drawers for cutlery and utensils.

A kitchen island could be so cute decorated with cookbooks and cute kitchen stuff. Your kitchen looks plenty wide enough for it to fit. I had one in a home with a larger kitchen area than I have now and I used it more than my counter tops and loved how it looked. I ended up putting a marble countertop on it. You could use any smooth top that compliments your countertops. 🦋

Maybe use the buffet table as a kitchen island like you said, or a tv stand in your bedroom? If not, you can use it in the laundry room as a table to fold your clothes on! 😊

I would try the white shelf as a kitchen island, there is more than enough room for it. Can never have enough work surfaces in a kitchen and you would have the shelves underneath to store attractive pots. Just my thoughts. Terrific job Kelly, so proud of you.💟🐛🦋

Keep the shower and use "The Pink Stuff Bathroom cleaner on it. Repels soap scum. I love it on my glass shower doors.

The white buffet table is very pretty and perfect for school supplies and manipulative!
I am very petite and I can never reach upper cabinets. What I really love are drawers as bottom cabinets. They are perfect for dishes and pots and pans. And of course the top, More slender drawers for cutlery and utensils.
🦋 Like others have suggested, I would use the custom shelf unit as a kitchen island or as extra storage for homeschooling supplies. Put casters on it that lock so you can move it with ease if you have to. Can’t wait to see what your home looks like after you move in and for the holidays.❤🦋

I’d use that beautiful white handmade piece in the dining room. It’s a perfect application, I think. Or it really could serve as a tv stand. Just get a bigger tv 😊 Maybe it could be used as a coffee bar!?! 🦋
A kitchen island could be so cute decorated with cookbooks and cute kitchen stuff. Your kitchen looks plenty wide enough for it to fit. I had one in a home with a larger kitchen area than I have now and I used it more than my counter tops and loved how it looked. I ended up putting a marble countertop on it. You could use any smooth top that compliments your countertops. 🦋
You can use the table for a bookshelf/ cubbies ❤ we use the cubbie baskets for homeschool storage 🦋
Kelly just a suggestion but I'd put pads under the furniture that has feet so over time they don't scratch your beautiful floors.

🦋 🦋 🦋 thought is to use the custom build table as a kitchen island, if its not to big. You can use the cabinets from the kitchen in the kids bathroom above the toliet for storage. Everything is looking great so far! Im so happy for you and the kiddos! ❤
