You are a worker! Just a bit if advice for future. If you paint a counter top or even put peel and stick on one, always remove your sinks. It gives them a more finished look! Your home is coming alone. You all have really worked hard! Pray you are in it soon and can enjoy the fruits of your labor!
Don’t be ashamed that it is a mobile home. It’s a home. It’s full of love. And it’s your kids home they love. You shock me when do these makeovers. Without spending a fortune you always make it look so good.

I used the Grecian Gold Rub-N-Buff on my light fixture, faucets, knobs and the chrome around my shower! It so beautiful and worked great complimenting my black cabinets (I painted) and white countertops… It’s around 7-9 dollars a tube on Amazon and goes a long way. If the drawer bothers you just wood glue it straight and keep it shut. You have plenty other storage… 😂 Your place is looking amazing. So fresh and clean looking with everything white. Great choice… 😍

You’re so handy with tools , you could do your own screw hole so it lines up the way you want it 👊🏻💪🏼
Good thing you brought that flooring in because it needs to acclimate to the house temp for a couple days before install !

This came out really beautiful! I love flipping houses!! You did an amazing job! 💞 1 super easy thing to use to do touchups, instead of using your regular paint brush use a tiny paintbrush the size of an eyeshadow brush. Just makes it sooooo much easier to do those tiny touch-ups. Your family will appreciate your home more cuz all the love you put into it. 💞

I think black would be a good choice for the mirror trim to bring it all together but I know whatever you choose will look great. So excited & happy for you! 🤗♥️🐛🦋

I would paint the chrome around the shower black
I LOVE a gold accent. Gold knobs, gold mirrors, gold light fixture would make it POP!!

The house is coming together!!! I would paint the mirrors the same color of the cabinets since your painting the lights black and black faucets. We ordered black door knobs from Amazon, you could paint those as well but it's very time consuming. Everything is looking good!!!!🦋

Love it Kelly. It is gorgeous! And I think you made the right choice with the semi gloss. With kids it is the way to go. Next time you can get a satin, or egg shell or something that doesn’t need finger prints wiped off all the time. Can’t wait for the home tour. It’s going to be gorgeous!🦋🦋

Waiting for my sermon to start this morning and I saw your post cross my phone. Everything‘s looking great. I can’t wait to watch all of the video. Of the floor is going to be beautiful. I’m sure. If you’re going to live there the rest of your life, then you can just continue to upgrade things and decorate as you go. Maybe one day you can get quartz or granite countertops added down the road. I am loving the EGGSHELL finish it cleans so easy just wipe and go I have been painting through my doublewide that we have been in for 22 years on Oct 15 and I love it so much we have done so much in here and made it ours for sure !!!!!

The house is coming together nicely! And ya there are a lot of people who hate mobile homes which i dont understand. They are cheap and you can customize them to what you want. When i told people my ultimate goal is to have one built down there in Waycross the amount of hate I got was insane. You can make a mobile home your dream home either by having one built or buying an old one and do the remodling yourself. And that bathroom looks amazing those blue cabinets are just soo pretty and the black countertops as well. I look forward to seeing more videos!🦋🦋🦋

You should try rub and buff on the master bath mirrors. It seems easy to use and lots of shades to pick from ❤
Just a suggestion..if you are good at caulking run a bead of white caulk around your sinks and the wall and where the cabinets meet…it will look give you crisp finish
Color you pick for bathroom cabinets is beautiful, maybe later on you can do the kitchen cabinets so they all match. Kelly you have done great house is looking good.🦋👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
For the lights and mirrors and eventually the faucets- go with a brushed nickel look- the reflective qualities will offset the black and steel blue of everything but still have a subtle look. Too much black creates a black hole type of look and tends to suck the light out of a room. You have come so far in the renovation of your home!

What a transformation from the walk through Kelly! Everything looks great! I can't wait to see your house with the new floors, very exciting. What about that rub and buff stuff for the mirrors withe a tint of grey or black to antique them. That way they would match the cabinets, it seems like black might be too dark with the counter so close so if you could match the cabinet color it would complement them nicely or even a black tint with the silver. Either way I am sure whatever you decide it will be amazing! Congrats on a job well done! I know you will love your new home and the amount of space you will have to stretch out! into, so nice the kids each how their own room.

Hey Kelly, Happy Tuesday. You’re so right just because it’s not a typical dream home, it doesn’t mean it can’t be a dream home to you and your family. I don’t really care about the size of my dream home like I used to as a kid, now I just want my dream home to be somewhere my future kids are going to grow up in while me and my husband watch them grow up all in the same home. ❤ That’s so sweet that you are going to leave your beds and homeschool cabinet with your mom I’m sure she appreciates it because beds are so expensive now a days. ❤ I love how you and Adrian are tackling some finishing touches on your forever home, he’s so sweet for helping you. ❤ it’s like the cabinets didn’t want you to film them getting done because two clips got deleted. 😂 shoutout to you, your mom, and Adrian for bringing all of those cases inside so they can complete the flooring the next day without damage to them. ❤

I think in the bathroom adding chrome fixtures and freshen up your mirrors with chrome spray paint. It's crazy how paint can remake a home. It's beautiful remember one day at a time. Set up a Amazon or Walmart register so we can send you gifts for your house!!

I would paint the mirrors black since it’ll match your hardware. It’ll pop also since your walls are white.

🦋 would recommend gold for the mirrors, hardware, and faucets. It will help to bring a pop of color, a chic and fun touch. So it doesn't all look so monochromatic.
But everything else looks lovely and bright.
