Eurowings Eight Alpha Juliett ist das Funkrufzeichen. Das hat sich jemand bei Eurowings Operations ausgedacht (auf Basis von diversen Vorgaben) und in den Flugplan eingetragen, der bei der Flugsicherung aufgegeben wurde.
