@@brianmack2236 I am fine with people sticking it to whoever as long as there is a reason for it. The main issues came from UPS/FedEx and the likes playing kick ball with the boxes.
I been around the PC scene since 99 I think (professionally at least). since the early 80's on my own, when Alienware was 20 people, been doing it for years. Sure, I would have preferred to place this liquid cooling unit up at the top, but because of the memory (notice the Z390 has them up at the top) the rad would not fit, and the front pocket is small enough just for the rad and the fans, can't do push pull (different story on that though).

@@ThisBytesForYou LOL @ the UPS and Fedex. I can relate. I shipped Brand new 30 liter dewars to many locations in the local 48 for demo's and shows. They arrived at each show with a new dent.
It's not really your fault. The case options for 280mm radiators aio or not quite honestly suck with anything in the mid ATX size examples fractals meshify c phanteks p400a. The sad thing is fitment is impaired by millimeters and could easily be fixed by making the case ever so slightly taller. You have to step up to what I would term full atx like a P500a just to get the fitment you need even though in most instances people do not need that much case.

As for UPS/FedEx, man they pull some numbers. At Alienware/Velocity Micro, more systems came back because of shipping damage than our issues or customers issues, costs us lots of money and customers, but it is what it is.
You have to imagine, they go in with great intents, but get abused by management, other employees, angry customers and more ,and I guess after a while... just turn into what they didn't want to turn into. Still not a great reason, but that's the way the world turns.

VRAM and GPU speeds change depending on use, they are not up to 1 speed, unless you have your windows profile set to performance, that will try to make everything 100%. Play a game and see if the issue continues. As for the temperatures, there can be a TON of issues. Sadly, being the TUF series, the single LED cannot be controlled. It is a subtle RGB though.
