I'm 44 years old lady. I want to share my painful story with you, hope you'll assist me in a better way. When I was young maybe 19-20 years old, my stepmom once mixed the hair removing cream with my shampoo and I didn't know until I applied. Some of my hairs fell at the moment but it didn't affect as much as it is affecting right now. I'm mother of 2 now and over the past 4 years I've noticed my hairfall occured very fastly. I'm almost going bald..😢 I've applied almost every sort of oil for Hair loss and Onion oil but nothing worked. Plz, help me get the right suggestion and proper treatment if needed. Q-1 Is that incident affecting my hairfall right now? Q-2 What is the best recommendation you can give me regarding my issue?
Hello. That incident is definitely not affecting your hair right now, although it seems like it still affects you emotionally. Hair removing creams remove hair temporarily from the surface.. it's like shaving, and that hair grows back. So the hair loss you're having now is not related to that. Maybe your hormones changed after pregnancies? Idk. Try to get blood tests done to find out.
I don't want talk in his behalf but first you have to know your blood type then eat based on your blood type dietary. One of my favourite doctors i listen in youtube said cabbage is best anti inflammatory vegetable. Best wishes ❤
Thank you again Doctor G for such an informative video. My question is should this test be done first thing in the morning, before any loose hair has been removed through shampooing or daily grooming? Or what time of day do you think would deliver the most accurate results? Also, may I please ask your opinion on using a diluted apple cider vinegar rinse after shampooing. I have always heard it was beneficial to balance the pH of hair and scalp, but now I am wondering if it perhaps removes the beneficial bacteria from the scalp. Thank you for your time and have a great day 👍! 4:16

Just came across my feed. So helpful, been loosing my hair significantly for few years now. What does it mean if loosing from all 3 & what kind of solutions would you recommend?
Have you figured anything out about your hair loss? I'm losing from all 3 zones as well. I have been using Rosemary water, Rosemary oil, microneedling myself and then applying the homemade Rosemary and Jamaican black castor oil serums, using Iron/Vit.D/Magnesium/B Complex/Zinc/Folic Acid/Collagen individual supplements (so many it fills me up), scalp massages while upside down, apple cider vinegar rinse, aloe vera rinse, stopped using any sudsy shampoos, just began a DHT Blocker and ordered the product called FoliGrowth......I am at a loss. I don't know what else to do. I have an appt with my family doctor next week but I have lost more than half of all of my hair. You can see my head through my hair now. OMG🤦🏼♀️I even cut it up to my chin. I cut 14 inches off of it. This is the first short haircut I've ever had in all my days and I'm 47. I don't know what else to do. I should've gone to the Dr about it months ago. If you've found something that works, please please fill me in?!?! Thanks so much and I hope you've turned your hair loss around and your hair is thicker than ever!!!
I've been experiencing hair loss since July. Im 19 and my hairline has receded quite a bit and I've lost probably about 50% of my total hair volume since July. Balding is a common occurrence in my family but only after late 30s. I have no idea what to do in attempt to regrow my hair and I fear I have already inadvertently caused further damage going off of your other videos. Please help.
I just started on the DHT blocker & foligrowth serum was wondering how long till the shedding stop when first starting to use it ? and then form new hairs ?and back to full growth and recovery ?
Literally answers every question you have on the Amazon page. 4 to 6 weeks for shedding reduction. 4 months for thickening of hair that's already growing. 6 months for new hair growth beginning. Final results 18 to 24 months. I'm on month 4 and so far the timefrime guidelines are dead on.
I found out recently that aside from my seborrheic dermatitis, inflammation was causing alot of my hairloss , My doctor prescribed betamethasone dipropionate , which I used for 2 weeks as prescribed and my hairloss almost became non existent, fast forward to only 4 days later rn I have against starting shedding it's not as much as it used to be but still kinda big numbers

I didn't pull any strands from that test but I have lots a ton of hair on the top and the sides due to stress. It's not actively falling out anymore, but I just want it to grow back 😭
I completely understand - it’s such a relief when the shedding stops, but waiting for regrowth can be challenging! 😭 Since you’ve already tackled the active hair loss phase, you’re on the right track. Here are some tips to support the regrowth process: 🌱 **Nourish Your Scalp**: A healthy scalp is essential for new hair growth. Use gentle, nourishing shampoos and try a scalp massage a few times a week to boost circulation, which helps bring nutrients to hair follicles. 💧 **Growth-Boosting Serums**: Look for serums with ingredients like peptides, biotin, and caffeine, which can stimulate hair growth in areas that need it most. 🧘 **Stay Consistent with Stress Management**: Stress can sometimes slow hair regrowth, even if it’s not causing shedding. Include regular relaxation practices like deep breathing, meditation, or even gentle exercise. 🕰️ **Give It Time**: Hair growth is a slow process, and it typically takes 3-6 months to see noticeable changes. But since you’re no longer actively shedding, your body can focus more on regrowing those lost strands. Hang in there! Your patience will pay off. 🌻 ➡️ For personalized regrowth tips, reach out at www.advancedtrichology.com/.
Hi william, i recently tested my blood for vitamin D3 levels it was 17 ng/ml (Insufficient). I am facing a problem with excessive sebum production and severe hair loss, does makingup vitamin d3 levels can get back my scalp to normal? If yes, please suggest me the vitamin d3 dosage that i am supposed to take to get rid of this.
Your D3 being low is probably the RESULT of some inflammation in your body - the same inflammation that is contributing to the hair loss. From my personal experience, my D3 was also low and I took D3 supplements for months and my levels reached even higher than the normal values. Yet, I didn't see any improvement in my hairfall. I still haven't found my hair answers, but hope this helps.

Depends on your situation. If your hairloss isn't extreme...and you adjust your lifestyle...I'd say yes. No smoking. Manage stress (cold immersion therapy), limit alcohol to as little as possible , none would be best bet. Eat according to your blood type, keep sodium levels low, potassium and protein high.

Experiencing a swollen throat and dryness in the mouth after using minoxidil can indicate an allergic reaction, which might be serious. It's crucial to stop using minoxidil immediately and consult a healthcare professional or your doctor as soon as possible. Allergic reactions can vary in severity, but symptoms like swelling of the throat require prompt medical attention to ensure safety. For now, avoid using the product again until you have received medical advice. Your healthcare provider will be able to assess your symptoms and determine the best course of action, which may include finding an alternative treatment for hair loss. ➡️Reach out to us at www.advancedtrichology.com/
That can be from a variety of things. I would assume if there's some chemical treatment that may be the primary cause. But there may be a nutritional component that's allowing the breakage to become more pronounced.
I hear you-receding hairlines and thin, silky hair can be frustrating when you're aiming for more thickness and volume. Here’s a plan of action to address both issues: 1. Tackle the Receding Hairline Minoxidil: This is one of the most effective treatments for slowing down or reversing hairline recession. It’s a topical solution that stimulates hair growth, but it requires consistent use to maintain results. DHT Blockers: Receding hairlines are often linked to sensitivity to dihydrotestosterone (DHT). Consider treatments like finasteride or natural DHT-blocking supplements like saw palmetto or pumpkin seed oil. Microneedling: This is a great option to improve scalp health and stimulate hair growth. You can do this at home with a derma roller or see a professional. 2. Boost Thickness and Volume Biotin and Multivitamins: Supplements like biotin (Vitamin B7) and B-complex vitamins can promote hair strength and thickness. Look for ones that also include zinc, iron, and vitamin D-all of which are vital for hair growth. Protein-Rich Diet: Hair is made up of keratin, a type of protein. Make sure your diet includes enough protein-rich foods (like eggs, fish, and nuts) to support hair structure. Volumizing Shampoos and Conditioners: Use lightweight, sulfate-free shampoos designed to add volume, such as those with keratin or collagen. Scalp Massage with Oils: Massaging your scalp with oils like castor oil, coconut oil, or argan oil can promote circulation and boost thickness over time. Castor oil, in particular, is known for making hair strands thicker. 3. Lifestyle Tips Reduce Heat Styling: Limit your use of flat irons and blow dryers. These tools weaken thin hair, causing breakage. Avoid Tight Hairstyles: Constant tension on the hair can lead to receding hairlines (traction alopecia), so go for looser styles. ✨ Pro tip: A healthy scalp is key to thicker hair. Regular scalp care routines with gentle exfoliation and deep conditioning will help! For more personalized solutions, especially for regrowing the hairline, consult a trichologist. They can provide targeted treatments based on your specific needs! ➡️ Reach out to us at www.advancedtrichology.com/ for further advice and expert consultations!
I hear you - dealing with hair thinning and a receding hairline can be really tough, especially at 24. 😥 The good news is, there are steps you can take to help slow down the process and potentially even regain some density. Here’s a starting plan: 🌞 **Check Key Vitamins**: Low levels of vitamin D, B12, iron (ferritin), and zinc can lead to hair loss. It’s worth getting these checked with a blood test if you haven’t already, as optimizing these can make a big difference. 💊 **DHT Blockers**: Since male pattern hair loss (often influenced by DHT, a hormone that can shrink hair follicles) is common at your age, you might benefit from products that block DHT. Finasteride (prescription) or topical treatments like saw palmetto or caffeine-infused products can be effective. 💧 **Scalp Health & Serums**: Using a growth-stimulating serum, like minoxidil, can promote regrowth in thinning areas. Keeping your scalp healthy with gentle, anti-inflammatory products can also support overall growth. 💪 **Healthy Habits & Stress**: Good sleep, balanced nutrition, and stress management are all part of supporting your hair. Chronic stress can worsen hair loss, so try to include relaxing activities to keep stress in check. You’re not alone in this, and early action can make a big difference. Stay consistent with treatments, and you’ll have the best chance at keeping and even regrowing your hair. 🌱 ➡️ Reach out for tailored advice at www.advancedtrichology.com/.
I think everyone will be positive for all 3 types with that test. Also many billionaires have hair loss and they all done hair transpants which shows they are bothered with it. I highly doubt that Elon Musk for example didnt find a cure if there is one. :(
This is 100% false not science based. Everybody has periods of shedding hair goes through natural cycles. Shedding is not an indicator of hair loss, miniaturization is. And what he is saying about inflammation and nutrition is complete bs.

Sir my hair line is receding what should i do and my hair is silky by nature and thin i want to make my hair thick and get volume please help
I hear you-receding hairlines and thin, silky hair can be frustrating when you're aiming for more thickness and volume. Here’s a plan of action to address both issues:
1. Tackle the Receding Hairline
Minoxidil: This is one of the most effective treatments for slowing down or reversing hairline recession.
2. Boost Thickness and Volume
Biotin and Multivitamins: Supplements like biotin (Vitamin B7) and B-complex vitamins can promote hair strength and thickness.
3. Lifestyle Tips
Reduce Heat Styling: Limit your use of flat irons and blow dryers. These tools weaken thin hair, causing breakage.
Avoid Tight Hairstyles: Constant tension on the hair can lead to receding hairlines (traction alopecia), so go for looser styles.
✨ Pro tip: A healthy scalp is key to thicker hair. Regular scalp care routines with gentle exfoliation and deep conditioning will help!

what should i do my hair is thining and hair line is going backword day by day ?? 😥😥 plz help i m just 24
I hear you - dealing with hair thinning and a receding hairline can be really tough, especially at 24. 😥 The good news is, there are steps you can take to help slow down the process and potentially even regain some density. Here’s a starting plan:
🌞 **Check Key Vitamins**: Low levels of vitamin D, B12, iron (ferritin), and zinc can lead to hair loss.

Hey William make a video on why minoxidil not giving results
I think everyone will be positive for all 3 types with that test. Also many billionaires have hair loss and they all done hair transpants which shows they are bothered with it. I highly doubt that Elon Musk for example didnt find a cure if there is one. :(
the top 2pcs. other parts ok.
Some dr say 6 others say 5. 🤦♂️
This is 100% false not science based. Everybody has periods of shedding hair goes through natural cycles. Shedding is not an indicator of hair loss, miniaturization is. And what he is saying about inflammation and nutrition is complete bs.
Ok you so you know this because you have spent the last 21 years working on hair loss cases face to face with thousands of people?
@@WilliamGaunitzTrichologistthat’s not how logic works buddy, being an experienced quack doesn’t defy science
@@X11CHASEThen, you shouldn't have to follow him. Why are you here now? I mean it doesn't make sense for you then you should go somewhere else.
How would u know dummy! Where's is your study of hair psychology?
@WilliamGaunitzTrichologist This idiot not even worth the time. I got your back on this one.
