I watched your video a while back and just wanted to thank you for the tip about ice. I very recently woke up with a cold sore. I put ice on it many times a day and it was the first time that a cold sore stayed relatively small and the swelling was much, much less than usual. I may of recently started to get them. I can’t tell if it’s just acne. It’s hard to accept it. i’m in front of the camera a lot. I started getting them last year, but mine don't look like normal cold sores at all. Just get's red and itchy and tiny tiny blisters I almost can't even see them and they never crust over. Does your lip get hot, red, tingly, or itchy? If it's not a poopable zit, maybe still be a mild cold sore. Just good to try to find out so you can learn how to treat accordingly :) it's hard to accept at first, but it'll be okay!!

Ice does work, I done it for a long time and the longer time I leave the ice on it, of course keep getting more ice, but do it for at least 3 days it will burn it, and it won’t progress to a big ugly blister, my trigger is stress and right now I’m having a hard time keeping it down so it looks like a little pimple not a blister, but I’m on my 3 rd prescription of acyclovir within 3 weeks and 7000 of lysine daily 🙁

I have to wear gloves at the grocery store. Everytime I go to grocery store, I pick up some type contagious blister on the back of my finger. It seems that if I take a food product off the shelf, I touch the bottle that is behind the product I take for myself. It is always in same area, first digit of finger, and it is a deep painful, itchy small blister. I also hold water in my mouth for rinsing and spit after a few minutes and repeated multiple times doing this throughout the day..I realized how clean everything felt afterwards just to rinse my mouth to avoid containing the cold sore

I may of recently started to get them. I can’t tell if it’s just acne. It’s hard to accept it. i’m in front of the camera a lot. I’m not sure but it’s happened a couple times. it doesn’t scab but it elevates on my lip. if it isn’t scabbing is that what it is? i don’t see it spread and it doesn’t look like pictures on google of it. I started getting them last year, but mine don't look like normal cold sores at all. Just get's red and itchy and tiny tiny blisters I almost can't even see them and they never crust over. Does your lip get hot, red, tingly, or itchy? If it's not a poopable zit, maybe still be a mild cold sore. Just good to try to find out so you can learn how to treat accordingly :) it's hard to accept at first, but it'll be okay!!
When I get sinus congestion I get them. Sometimes ice helps, sometimes it doesn’t. I love campho phenique.

I found that the sun has been the worse ..but I love the sun unfortunately and easily get burned so I will almost always get blisters from sunburn..I just used ice this week with this one and will definitely be using ice ahead of time anytime I feel the itch or burn..I think I will start icing my lips on the regular just to keep viruses and bacteria away

I noticed periods are also a main trigger for cold sores.
Use it even if you don’t catch it on time it helps reducing the time of the blister and it still helps drying it, trust me . Example if I don’t do it, my blister runs a course of 2 weeks in my face more or less and leaves an ugly scar, with ice 🧊 it last about 5 days (when blister is already there) and does not leave a scar behind. The truck is literally to ice it as much as you can until ice melts and then use another 2 cubes until they melt do it 3 times through out the day, you will see a difference.

Personally, keeping it dry vs moist helps for me. Once its in the scab stage then I start to moisturize. Just works for me :)

Ice does work, I done it for a long time and the longer time I leave the ice on it, of course keep getting more ice, but do it for at least 3 days it will burn it, and it won’t progress to a big ugly blister, my trigger is stress and right now I’m having a hard time keeping it down so it looks like a little pimple not a blister, but I’m on my 3 rd prescription of acyclovir within 3 weeks and 7000 of lysine daily 🙁

I dry it out with bentonite clay overnight mixed with tea tree oil and a few drops of h202 with crushed lysine pill mixed in. Drys it out in 2 days.

I have to wear gloves at the grocery store. Everytime I go to grocery store, I pick up some type contagious blister on the back of my finger. It seems that if I take a food product off the shelf, I touch the bottle that is behind the product I take for myself. It is always in same area, first digit of finger, and it is a deep painful, itchy small blister. I usually don't see a blister, I feel extremely painful sensation in finger, like I hit it hard with something. Then, I feel around that area, and detect a deep, itchy tiny blister. I am guessing this could be herpes?
