As for the name of the leader of Harondor warriors, you can always translate Leonidas ("son of a lion") into Elvish and get something like Raurion as a result.
Great video as always, already told you what I love about your Harondor Hoplites. But Nick's Ringlo Vale looks amazing as well, really like how the Rangers look with the Minas Tirith Helmets, now I'm thinking I should have chosen them as basis for my Blackroot Vale conversions. The profile you came up with sounds pretty cool as well. Am certainly hyped for the battle report, can't wait to see how they perform.
@@windrushwargamers2745 Well I finally got my order and am actually finishing converting my Blackroot Vale Archers right now, just need to do some GS work to fill some gaps and sculpt on some details. Also I got 5 Clansmen of Lamedon from Medburry Miniatures which will be painted up alongside with Angbor as next step. Also I want to do some Men at Arms out of some more of the Perry Miniatures bodies I got lying around from my Axemen. And after finishing all conversions/paint jobs for the offical profiles I think I'll take a go for some of the missing fiefdoms. All of videos of this collaboration were very inspiring, really enjoyed watching all of them
@@windrushwargamers2745 TBH nothing for this game, I run a Painting Studio and recently got the Pellennor Fields Starter to paint and some boxes, so I wanted to find out more about the game. I mainly play historicals, and very recently got into warhammer, but this seems to be more of my taste as I love "historical fantasy"
@@AresGodofWargames I have been thinking of picking up some historicals- which would you recommend? I am glad you like Middle Earth! It's a game with a lot of upside- easy to learn and a great community. :)
@@windrushwargamers2745 You should have enough to play something medieval like Lions Rampant, which the second edition is due out in a couple of months, or Barons War, both are Skirmishing Games similar to MESBG, and you should have enough models to start and build up your historical collection.
@@AresGodofWargames I did think that the Baron's war miniatures looked cool! I have got lots of Perry miniatures stuff so I might pick up a game system and start :) Thanks for the tips.
These guys have to be among the most original warbands I have seen for LotR! Great work. Funnily enough I thought about including people of southgondor in my fiefdoms army, but eventually decided against it. I had so many good ideas, that it would make way more sense to make a full blown army out of that, and funnily enough, I also played around with thos greek models! Haha Overcompensating loyalists just have a certain charme haha c: take care and have a good one!
What number White Dwarf is that article from, I have a ton of half broken plastic models I picked up from buying other peoples armies and this is an opportunity to do something with them.
These guys look absolutely awesome!! Love your work boys.
Thank you sir! I hope they serve you well. :)
In storage with all the armies ready for me to finish the big board and film the siege next year :)@@jaga887
Thanks for accepting guys. Was great fun, love the convertions despite one of you cheating! :P
Thanks buddy! It was just a little bending of the rules that's all!

Ringlo Vale has an awesome color theme! Thanks for sharing.
Thank you Brennan, have you made a Fiefdom before?
@@windrushwargamers2745 no I’m starting a proxy Elf army with Oathmark miniatures. They remind me of Tolkien style drawings of elves.
@@2007bing sounds great bud, I would like to see some pictures if you have any

Awesome work guys. Can't wait to see them all together defending the White City.

Not yet. John did ask me to make some for the challenge but didn’t time. Going to do some Pelagir Marines soon though.
