Aurora is a very emotional singer with sad dark songs. Most people walk away with tears in their eyes. Most of her songs are attacking bigotry, supporting nature and ones rights. Many people feel she is angelic in nature. She writes all of her songs with some assistance from her band mates and she is very hands on in the studio in producing the tracks.
Aurora is a genre herself.
She is from Norway. She wrote that song when she was 11 and it first came out when she was 19.

To really appreciate her talent you should watch her live at Nidarosdomen it's really special. Through the eyes of a child is outstanding as is the entire concert. It's in the oldest cathedral in Norway and the acoustics are phenomenal and her performance is just perfection.

For me Aurora is the best thing in music right now. You ought to check out her murder song and also another Norwegian band called Kalandra.
My favourite from her is "Through The Eyes Of a Child" (Live at Nidarosdomen) I think that one would blow you away, sooooo good!! A must see.

Love this artist :). For me she has only great and very very good songs :). Love her whole discography. also she has different version of songs. BTW: she not only sings these songs but she also write it (in one documentary it is said that she brings songs to the studio like 90% finished already :) ) and compose/produce with rest of her team.
Hard to recommend as she has many of great songs. But I would recommend Lucky life from Nidarosdomen for next one:). But i guess you can go wrong with any of her songs (more like a question of teste which one you will like more or less :) )

I recommend you a Spanish singer her name is Diana Navarro I would like you to listen to a song of hers called "El perdón" she is a very versatile singer she sings different styles of music with incredible melismas and notes greetings from Spain

Aurora is a 25 her old Norwegian singer/song writer and producer. She does not fit into one Genre of music. You must check out her live performances. She is fantastic. Try "Through the eyes of a child" live at Nidarosdomen or "Heathens" live performance. In this video she would have been about 19
