She’s 26 years old, a really different singer that just stops you in your tracks both to see her and hear her. Many people think she’s an angel.
But I believe she was 18 when this song came out.
She ia a real life fairy or pixie. I absolutely love her spirit and energy. She is hilarious in interviews.

As a little girl in Norway she spent a lot of time alone in the forest with the animals day and night. She has always been special. She was terrified of performing at first but wanted to share her thoughts. Now she’s everyone’s fairy angel. She dedicated her song Heathens, Rough Trade East, to “the Mother who takes care of the people who aren’t welcome in heaven. “
AURORA is great, isn't she! When this music video was filmed, she was 18. Today she is 26. Some shots in this video were actually filmed while standing in the back yard of her parental home, where she was living back then. She has been making songs for a long time now. Age 6: Started to compose melodies
Age 9: Started writing lyrics in her second language English
Age 14: Her family discovered that she wrote her own songs
Age 16: Recorded one song ("Puppet") as a gift to her parents
Age 16: Performed a self written song ("I Had A Dream") at a school assembly
Age 16: Gave up dancing (and her dream of becoming a professional dancer) to focus on singing
Age 17: Released her first song "Awakening"
Age 18: Released her first EP "Running With The Wolves"
Age 19: Released her first full album "All My Demons Greeting Me As A Friend"
Age 19/20/21: Performed hundreds of live shows during her world tour
Age 22: Released her second EP "Infections Of A Different Kind (step 1)"
Age 22 (just before her 23rd birthday): Released her second full album "A Different Kind Of Human (step 2)"
Age 24: Her song "Runaway" (released in 2015) has gone viral on TikTok, hence turning Runaway into a world wide hit with over 1 million streams daily on Spotify and RUclips
Age 25: Released her third full album "The Gods We Can Touch"
Age 26 (today): Features as main vocalist on the musical score of the new BBC documentary series "Frozen Planet II"

The first song of hers I heard was called, THE SEED. So appropriate if we are concerned with our planet we live on.
I had never heard of Aurora before this reaction. Wow - incredible talent! Thank you for introducing some of us to her music!. Another amazing Scandinavian singer is Jonna Jinton - The Wolf Lullaby is beautiful.
She was 18 in this video, and she is 26 today. Her real name is "Aurora Aksnes" and she is a Norwegian singer, songwriter and producer with 3 albums and 2 EPs out so far and lots of collaborations and she is well known for amazing cover songs of well known songs, like: David Bowie - Life On Mars", Massive Attack - Teardrop, Boney M - Rasputin, The Beatles - Across The Universe, Harry Styles - Golden, Imagine Dragons - Believer, Ariana Grande - God Is a Woman etc. etc.
She is the high vocals calling to Elsa in Disney's movie Frozen II.

One of the only ones where her live performances are better than the original recordings. Absolutely flawless, and you will have the same goosebumps throughout just about every single one.
Aurora is amazing and natural Artist from Norway. She has already 4 great albums (and many other songs) and I love every her song. It should be impossible but it is how it is :). That is why this is from some time my favorite artist. She wrote this articular song she when was 11 years old (in that time even her parents did not know she write songs). Most of her songs from first album was written by her when was very young and she just bring them to studio. Her lyrics are also not trivial and incredible (often poetic), even if English is not her first language. In this video she is like 18-19 years old and it was filmed in when she lived. As you see it is beautiful place and she spent long time in these forests as a child and she is very inspired by nature too.

@@ny4000 Im sick of reactors like this , Woop Wooping , saying the same old stuff other reactors say , he's not the worst , even if you have never heard Aurora before your not going to be going crazy before 30 secs of the song have pasted. They search out other reactors getting Subs via Aurora and jump on the wagon. If he is still reacting to her after 3-4 month i will be very surprised . Aurora's music does hit different, in a very good way. Music and artistry with meaning is tough to find these days. For me, her music is Soul Healing, the best kind of medicine!
