Number 10 " emotional control" is not only attractive, but a requirement for a relationship. Lack of emotional self-control is a great way to be shown the door. Have had it happen too many times in my life where the woman would flip out over the pettiest of reasons, usually destroying the friendship/relationship in the process. Keep a lid on your pot!

I think that women also want these qualities from men. It makes you think that maybe men and women are not that different. It's just an opinion. Everyone has the freedom to believe anything they want.
What allows a relationship to flourish is Emotional Stability in everyone. Be an adult and control your emotions instead of being a reactive mess. Be honest and accountable. Next is being able to directly ask to meet and stand up for your needs. This way you avoid build up of resentment and contempt which leads to passive aggression which is pointless avoidable destruction.

maybe it sounds bad, but I personally like women with nice well developed calves. I think that is the world for the muscles in the lower part of the leg... And I like women who have good muscle tone, somehow I connect that to health in general, and health is always attractive.

I've never had any problems in being attracted to women. In my younger days, I was attracted to women left and right!!!!!! The problem always was, with them being attracted to ME. I was intelligent, reasonably good-looking, honest, sincere, innocent, loyal and devoted, fun and happy and even a pro-level singer, but the women fought me off like rat poison. When I approached them, they were not interested in me, or interested enough, and if I pursued them, they either rebuffed me or thought I was bad news and they called the police on me. I'm 68 now and I spent my entire life, in trying to find like a nice college girl to fall in love with me, but I never could. I never knew where to look, only bars
