The Doctor's relationship with Rose was never creepy. Except when Rose was possessed by Cassandra. That was creepy. But they were a very cute couple, Ten and Rose. In Doomsday it had all the stuff at the beginning of Rose talking and it proved that her and Ten were a cute couple

Exactly. I think that #9 loved her, but as a father or a brother. He cared about her and did everything in his power to keep her safe, but that's not being in love, that's called compassion. I think that I would have liked Rose better, respected 10 more, and loved season two if it weren't that way. I'm not against Rose, or them getting together. I'm against how their relationship worked in season 2. It was unhealthy.
